I had just received this yesterday. Everything was there and nothing was broke; the packaging wouldn't nearly allow it. Only had come with one of the correct elevator lock nuts and the other didn't allow the elevator push rod to go all the way through, so I had just cut the wire to be a bit shorter to fit right to the elevator.Simple, simple, simple!, to put together. It literally took 30 minutes to have it put together than it was just the wait on the battery to charge. The only down side is that the directions are in broken English so they were translated by a computer.I have not had the chance to bring it up in the air yet but with the simplicity of putting it together and calibration of the servos, there should be zero issue with flight.Update-This was my first true flying aircraft and it was a breeze. Hand launching was simple and once it was in the air, no issues. Hardly any throttle is enough to keep it airborne which adds plenty of room for learning and challenging one's self.Excellent. Durable and easy flying.

So bad
I bought this product nearly a month ago .. sadly it never took off .. that was because of chain of defects.. firstly the front gear screws weren't strong enough to handle the steering and keep the plane on track .. secondly after I fixed it with my own way ( special screws) i faced another problem.. the charger never charged the battery again so i was forced to buy another charger.. plus there were 3 missing parts .. like the rear horizontal wings fixing parts and other screws so i was forced again to solve this problem on my own .. the other thing is about packing.. please mind the foam glue packing .. because when I opened mine .. I found the glue tube teared and the glue was spilled all over the inner pack /: .. in conclusion.. a terrible experience
