I have never used these before but saw them in recipes. I used as a soup base to add different flavor mixtures. Turned out well.

This product was open and leaking in the packaging!very upset, as I was going to use it Monday in a dish!!!!!and the green sauce was not sealed !

I sent this to my sister. When she opened pkg she advised that the lid of the "sofrito" was unscrewed, that all she did was lift it odd and some had been spilled!
