Great product. I’ve no idea why there are 2 USB ports at the back but it does the job. I wish the usb cable was long enough so that I could connect it to a wall charger instead of my laptop.

First of all this product, in reality is different than showcased. Very poor plastic, flimsy stands, even USB port socket shoves all the way in when u try to put USB, USB connector cable missing, I don't know how the product managed to get 4.5 star ratings. Moreover, amazon app does not provide and return on the product. So you have a 1400 buck unpleasant deal and get same product replaced by same product.

Comfortable, looks clean, does the job without noise.

i have not given 5 rating because of cool pad stand just had 1 level adjustment, if we drag the cool pad with laptop on it behind the legs get folded.
