Torn spot on chaise

FedEx delivered the box was torn like it had been through a lot to make it to my home. I started assembling the chaise and found it was torn. I emailed the manufacturer and still haven’t received a reply.

Great purchase!

I purchased this chaise for my man cave but unfortunately for me, I can't get my wife out of my man cave or off of the chaise!!! She loves it and falls asleep on it daily. She says it's very comfortable. Great purchase!! 👍.
