This was a nightmare to put together. There are NO WRITTEN INSTRUCTIONS - ONLY PHOTOS, and very hard to follow, and very frustrating. One of the Boards had the screw holes on the wrong side, which I drilled new ones myself, and the main long Board was completely wrong. The groove was on the wrong side and I had to go through the trouble of contacting the seller and waiting 2 days for an answer. They wanted a picture of the Board before they would replace it. I sent the photo and 2 days later I got a response that the board would be replaced. After following their instructions they did ship a new board. I asked if it could be sent to a different address than the original And they complied. I was pleased with the final result, but it was such a hassle to go through. I’m giving it 2 Stars because of the Instructions, because of the 2 defective Boards, and because I had to wait 6 days before I received the correct Board to finish putting it together.

Edit: I reached out to the company and they sent the instructions a couple of days later. To be honest, I had already built it by then, so didn't read them. Therefore, I'm not sure whether the instructions would have been helpful. They also refunded me $20, which I appreciate. Now that it's built, it's pretty sturdy for the price and I like it.This shelf comes in a lot of pieces/hardware but no instructions! Unless you want a lengthy project figuring it all out, order something else.

Took a while to ship cross country. Very good package quality, definitely built to survive long trips. Pieces well marked. The MDF pieces are so and so quality, mid grade at best. A couple pieces had corner laminates that needed to be glued to stay put. Finish ok, not great, not bad. The metal pieces are decent. Assembly a bit fussy because instructions are written in mouse print, tiny. But they're easy to follow. The drawer assembly is simple once you put everything in the right order.Price is good, shape is good, quality is fair... Functionality is very good. If only the laminate pieces were a bit better quality it'd be great.

If I could give it a zero for how crappy it was to put it together, I would. I’m very handy and the instructions were SO BAD, it took me 3 hours. Some of holes didn’t even match up with the boards so it’s not sturdy at all. The pull out drawer pretty much gets stuck so I have to lift it up to open it. The pieces had the boarder parts coming off. After attempting to put it together, I knew it would be too difficult to take it apart and send it off. Unimpressive by the quality and the price!!!! It might look cute and functional BUT ITS NOT WORTH THE HASSLE.

It’s much smaller than was expected. It was a pain in the butt to put together. The drawer was missing screw holes and there wasn’t a spot for the track. Honestly we are only keeping it because of how much it was a pain in the butt to put together. It looks nice but really wishing we went with something else. I should have trusted my gut. I reached out for a return during transit and was offered a $5 credit if I keep it which I said okay. At this point I wish I had my money back since it wasn’t what we needed for the space

This beauty really gives me so much more storage space in the kitchen. Perfect if you have more kitchen gadgets than space to store them, as long as you have space for the baker's rack. This one fit PERFECTLY in the space I had available. It took a two-man team to put it together, though. The instructions were almost like trying to decipher hieroglyphics but eventually the job got done. The drawer still isn't right but it was the best we could do. Still I would recommend this based on price.

Would Not Purchase AgainI needed some extra shelving storage in my new home. I had my boyfriend help me put it together, and things did not go well. It took us an entire morning because the instructions are unclear. But the worst part about it was I picked the one with the drawer to kitchen towels in. But the drawer doesn't fit in correctly. It falls out the back doesn't roll out or sit correctly. For now its completely useless, down the road I might get a new track to screw in and see if that helps. I am going to keep it. It looks nice in the kitchen (except for the falling out drawer) but for the price I am disappointed.UPDATE:I would give it another shot!! I don't want to change my original review because it speaks truth to the quality of the product, But I am very pleased with the company. As I said I was just going to keep the product and be disappointed. However, after my review the seller reached out to me to see what they could to. The correspondence so wonderful. They were helpful and caring. It is a good piece of furniture for the most part I was just upset about the drawer not fitting correctly for the price I paid. In the end I got a partial refund and am now very happy. I would honestly purchase from them again!!!

Three stars all the way around. Not a bad product but I ended up having to purchase a drill because the “pre drilled holes” in several of the wood pieces were absent or just marked instead. The instructions are not a bit difficult to read because the pictures are so small and not detailed. If you don’t have spare time and patience, this is not the product for you.
