This is a must buy for biryani and pulao lovers, it is not easy to get white sella rice in India.

Very very poor taste. It should not sell on Amazon. Grain length is NOT the only criterion. Grain width is equally important. Instead of being long and slender, grains of this rice are unusually thick. It is unusually expensive and is poor value for money.

I purchased this lot for the 3rd time. As before, the seller did keep their promise on quality of rice and on-time delivery. The packaging was very nice. The sack containing the rice was packed with another outer sack. Both were made of white virgin material. Thanks to seller for this.I would like to share few things for those who have not tried such boiled-rice before, and also write adverse comment.This is boiled 1121 Basmati rice. Therefore, should not be compared with its raw version, neither in cooking time nor aroma.This lot is perfectly aged. Washed and soaked the rice overnight. Brought the water in the vessel to boiling point. Then poured the soaked rice. Boiled for about 23 minutes. Drained the excess water instantly. Got beautiful long white rice. Each grain separate from each other.Though boiled Basmati rice normally do not have the aroma like the raw one. But this lot really has a faint aroma also. I have also found this boiled-rice even better than its ‘Dehradun cousin’ of same category. I am eager to try their raw 1121 Basmati also.I would love to recommend this rice to those who like, and know how to cook boiled rice. I am sure they will not be disheartened. Taste, Grains are very good. Do not expect that aroma in boiled rice. Little bit costly but as I take less amount of rice at night only, it goes well with my pocket. Product is as per their commitment.

Soaked for one hour and cooked in open pan... Nice
