Not sure if working but fingers crossed

Very happy with this product, it contains a good concentration of vitamin B7, it has a short list of ingredients and it comes in a flat small packaging. Will purchase it again for my family.

Can’t say if this product really works as I have very thin, fine hair. Haven’t seen any dramatic difference but will keep taking them in the hope I’ll notice a difference.

Biotin is fantastic it aids my hair growth, I use it with multi vitamins minerals and iron alongside topical ginger oil and my hair growth has improved and where I have receded has grown back.For people who wants to know how, I massage my head for 5 mins in the morning and 5 mins before I go to bed with plenty of water and healthy food and exercise.

Would be better in a bottle, packet is a bit naff.

My nails have been poor for a long time. I’ve taken various supplements to help but none have worked (although my hair has always benefited). I’ve only been taking these for just over 2 weeks and I can already seen an improvement. Looking forward to seeing just how good they get!

Super quick delivery, nicely packaged, small easy to swallow size. No taste. Just received so will wait to see results after the first month- which is the usual timescale to realistically expect seeing results with such tablets.
