More than What I Expected, fun for evening long boarding
This is basically a long board breaking glove. However, in the evening it is really fairly entertaining with the amount of sparks that are produced from the glove as you apply breaking on a long hill. The sparks can be more than a foot long and are worth a video shot.

Great beginner and intermediate slider glove
The media could not be loaded. For the price and the quality it's a great beginner slider gloves for rollerblading and skateboarding. Only reason I gave one less star is the size. It was a little big for me as an adult. Had at least extra half an inch space on all the fingers.Good thing the strap is strong enough to keep it secure for me to slide even for a kid.The Velcro are strong enough to keep the puck secure to the glove itself. Unlike my other expensive sliding glove this one comes with finger and thumb piece so with that in mind it's great for beginners so they get use to just using the palm puck to slide on.As you can see from the video my son never used it before and within 30 minutes he was getting hang of sliding. If you don't mind the extra finger room and also want your kids to beginning sliding and do sharp turns it's a good deal.

Road warrior
The knucke Gaurds are great for punching a window if I get hit by a car. The detachable pucks are great for if they wear down. An I can tap them together to grab the attention of oblivious pedestrians

Great gloves for the price
At this price, totally worth it just for the pucks :) Comes with a full set: palm, thumb, and finger bar. Oh and some knuckle protection. I've never needed that, but you never know. The gloves are actually super comfortable and have a really nice adjustable strap compared to other gloves I've had. They probably won't last nearly as long as a premium leather glove, but you don't want to spend big money on those until you know what you're doing anyway. If you are beginning to learn how to slide, you really can't beat these in this price range. Your first slide gloves are going to get shredded whether you spend $20 or $100... so spend $20 and know that you'll at least have a full spare set of pucks (these can cost $20 or more by themselves) when the gloves finally fall apart.

Pretty cool, but the spark makers burn through pretty quickly
My son saved up his money and bought himself a longboard, he also saved up his money to by these gloves that make the sparks. He definitely thinks they are cool and sweet, but was bummed how quickly the points on the gloves that make the sparks wears down.

Pretty nice
These work great and are near perfect but could be better. My main issue is how fast the plate that makes the sparks seems to wear down. It's such a shame because it is so damn cool and you just want to keep making sparks while going down hills. I only used them once and now I feel like I need to get a different set of gloves to use all the time and save these ones for special occasions before I completely wear down the metal on them. Maybe this issue is unavoidable because of the material they have to use to be able to make sparks but just something to be aware of.

Terrible gloves don't buy them
I returned them. They run small and they were the crappiest longboard gloves I've ever seen to be honest. Pony up a few extra dollars and get some sector 9s or loaded or something. But don't buy these.

Just received today, but looks used
There's a note explaining why there's air lines on them, but looks like they were already used. I'm new to this so I'm not familiar with this type of product, but I thought it was supposed to look new. Please advise...if I am wrong I will update my review
