My son's dog knocked himself out one day chasing cars. Parked cars. From inside the house. He ran into the window. Full force, head down, into the window; chasing a parked car. A parked car that is there every day. He's still brighter than these lights.

I wanted to add a little light to my exterior stairs. I chose Isler to design which in fact they are. The shipping was fast, very easy to turn on. Last most all night. The only negative is they come with chrome screws. I painted mine black.Come on guys it can't be that hard to supply black screws.

Created October 1st 2021Attached picture shows two different types of lights. This review is accurate for both.We ordered four styles of lighting for our deck so we could really see what we liked. Amazon offers free returns so it's a no-brainer to try them before fully committing.The lights that this review is attached to are of normal build quality compared to other lights we have seen or purchased in the past. Their stated weather resistance is probably accurate as long as they are mounted as the directions say. Only time will tell.We like the style of these for our needs.These come with one AA rechargeable battery installed on each light. We tried these for a few nights and found that they quickly became too dim too soon. Ideally lights like this should stay on from when they get activated by lack of sun or light and stay on, full brightness until the sun shines bright enough to switch them off.I thought about returning them but realized there are no others we wanted and didn't expect replacements to be any better.I ordered rechargeable AA batteries. Specifically Amazon Basics 24pk 2400mAh.The lights come with 600mAh which is pathetic. You'll see what I mean when you change them out. The 600s are like a feather compared to the 2400s Heavier should indicate more chargable stuff inside Changing the batteries is simple enough and intuitive as there's a cover over it which you can open easily. The new batteries should last well last sunrise even though they won't need to but the net effect is that you'll have more energy stored still and would offset a gloomy days worth of charging.The lights themselves fit properly on a 4x4 post. There's an adapter plate that allows them to fit on a smaller post if you happen to have it; we do not, so I don't know how that would fit. The adapted also allows you to mount the light to a flat surface without a post. You screw the adapter down to the flat surface, put the light fixture over the adapter and install two screws which hold the light to the adapter.

Very fast shipping and luckily they all worked right out of the box. Very nicely packed. Install is very simple. I installed them on finished grade 4x4 deck posts which are 3.5x3.5. The product description does say these fit my posts, but loosely. There is a fairly large gap. In order to center the light you can’t completely sink the screws on either side. This allows the light to look reasonably centered. Other than that it is what I expected.One should not purchase solar lights expecting bright illumination of the area. These simply enhance the look and add enough light to move around on the deck safely. I needed something to finish the tops of the posts and these do it with far more character than the plain black caps.

These are very nice, I wish the light would project down not just out. I also wish they were a bit brighter.Overall they are very nice. This is the second batch I tried out the 2 pack in a different area and then decided to put the four on the kid's fence.

There's a fair gap when put onto on a 5x5 vinyl. It's also VERY white, not well matching to a vinyl fence. Seems to charge and stay lit for a good 5 hours.Also, one had a broken glass. I guess the seller/Amazon was out so the only option was to return the whole box, which I elected not to do. Customer service wasn't all that helpful.

Arrived quickly and perfectly packaged. The light work fantastic. They charged up quickly in the sun ang give off good light with a nice pattern. Love them and wouldn't hesitate to purchase them again.

I bought this item expecting a much brighter output, but the design and soothing light added a much needed nighttime flavor to the Agave garden. A wood 4x4 was cut to various sizes from 1' to 3' and inserted in the garden area. Attached solar lights with black sheetrock screws.

While they look nice, they’re very hard to attach level. Says the inner part of the base piece fits 3 1/2 inch posts, but it’s so tight that it expands the base and you can’t attached the top light portion. We’re going to have to use them without the base and attempt to level them with one person holding level while the other screws them in. Nightmare! Still deciding whether to keep or send back (took a couple of weeks to arrive too). I left one outside to charge and the light was a dim yellow, not impressed.

I use them as tabke lamps in our backyard instead of post lamps.

Love these lights. They have the perfect glow and they stay on until morning.

Great product but I returned as it was a white light I wanted a more subtle hue so ordered a different product. First time returned anything with Amazon very impressed.
