Yes, it is tough as nails... one year wearing it daily and there is not a mark on it.

I have the BM7170-53L purchased over 10 years ago, and on the face is printed: Eco Drive Titanium Sapphire WR 100 Also, the pattern on the dark blue face is slightly different.

Q: Does the second hand on this watch jump 2 seconds at a time?

Place watch in sunlight to get a full charge for an hour or two and it should go back to normal , running a second at a time , that’s how I fixed mine .
