Vintage Crush HEAVY DUTY 2.5-Inch Herb Grinder with Pollen Catcher, Carry Case Scraper and Brush, Space Gray

Below is my original review of the grinder. Today the grinder had the magnet that holds the top on fall out and stay stuck the the bottom of the grinder. It technically still works but it's annoying to have a lid that just falls off. I feel like this should have lasted longer than two months....This quickly grew to be my favorite grinder. It's just the right size. The quality is amazing.The only complaints I have are...The screen above the pollen catch is too large in diameter, meaning that if you press on it only slightly (like loading a taster by scooping) it will pop and send a good amount of herb flying. This is an avoidable issue that should have been caught in product design in my opinion. However, I always use a tray so it's not a huge issue for me.The second issue is really minor in that the fact that the contour of the blades means that they hold a lot of particles on them. Totally worth the trade off of how nicely this thing grinds though.

Ordered and received the same day. I love having that option. I don't have experience with any other herb grinders so this review is based solely on the Vintage Crush. I love this thing. It's fit and finish are top notch. The pieces fit together perfectly. It is definitely going to last. It also looks as nice as it feels. The magnetic top is a nice feature. It holds the lid securely to the crusher when not in use. The screen is also very nice though I had no need for it. It unscrews and can be stored in the nice drawstring cloth bag that comes with it. It also comes with a small brush with firm bristles to clean the grinding area of the base/top. If you have chucks of herb you need to grind I highly recommend this.Update: I have removed 1 star as the magnet, which is quite strong, has fallen out. The lid now comes off easily which if your not careful can make a mess as you dump your freshly ground herb all over the place.

Excellent grinder, I was very impressed! Until the magnet fell out. Now it doesn't really hold itself together. You think that magnet is weak and doesn't do much until it is missing. That little piece is so important. Carrying case was cool.

Ive used this grinder for the better of 1.5 years. After 4 months of use, the neodymium magnet fell out. The teeth get gummed up really easy if you have kiefy or good herb. Great starter grinder, wouldn’t recommend to any herb connoisseur. Grinds unevenly so you wanna carefully hold it at an angle to properly grind your materials. When collecting pollen or flower be careful of the threading, its razor sharp and has cut me a numerous of times. Pretty heavy but small if you remove the kief screen. The threading inside the collector tray is pretty sharp too, collects a lot of excess pollen that you cant easily harvest. The brush works great for collecting kief and cleaning the threads of the grinder, although it starts to fray the end of the brush. Has a habit of getting stuck unscrewing it or screwing it. Because of my heavier medicating, Im opting to buy a better grinder, perhaps a Mendo Mulcher.

This herb grinder was actually not for me but a close friend and after almost a year of VERY heavy usage this thing works no less than the day we purchased it. This grinder is made out of very quality metals and the teeth are incredibly sharp. The threads and everything are still going strong with this thing. no wear at all other then some dropping damage. Overall id give this an 11/10 just because of how well it performs on an everyday basis.

The screen on the bottom was all springy and liked to fling ground up materials all over the place until I stretched it out by pressing real hard on it with my thumbs and now that's fine but get this:The magnet fell out pretty much immediately so now I have this fifteen dollar grinder that the lid just flops all over the place on.

First of all, I can see why this has 158 reviews and why they are almost all five stars. This grinder is amazing, not only is it large, but it has big gnarly teeth to grind up even the most stubborn and tough herb. This gets a nice, smooth texture all around and it's easy to clean. I would say the only downside to this grinder is on the heavy side but makes sense for its well built design. Definitely worth it.

I like the clean look and feel of the design. It seems durable and easy to use. The only thing I wish was different is that the included cleaning brush is just a tiny bit shorter so that it fits less snuggly in the compartment. It still fits, but I'm concerned that the bristles might be slight squished.
