The certificate of authenticity has terms and conditions on the back of card that does not guarantee to the quality of the product. The box that the pearl set comes is packed in is made of cheap material. It was disappointing. The product on website show’s shiny and good quality pearls but the actual product is dull pearls.

It's design and glittering pearls. Value for money

many issues1) Item was shipped by seller from some courier which was not even recognising the tracking number2) Item looks cheap roadside product of 100rs. The image shows a shiny product, in reality its dull. Does not even have any authentic letter card with this. I had ordered a different item from another seller and that had a proper design number with confirmation of being authentic3) Returned the item right away and I need to send it back of my own. Amazon say seller has some issue with the Pin code and i need to courier it of my own by printing the label, pack, courierOverall pathetic experience*********************I had to send this item of my own. Item was delivered on 1st july to seller. They have not initiated the refund yet after 14 days. Amazon support people falsely telling me all thru that the refund is initiated and the item is returned back. Today the seller is asking me to send the return receipt when I have already sent the tracking number. Seems a fraudulent to me and i just hope i get my money back. Pathetic support from amazon as well in this..Shop at your own risk
