Excellent Purchase
It has a gorgeous high quality look. All the pieces are well made and it's glass, not plastic. It does come in pieces so lots of assembly required. It came very well packaged in foam but being glass is fragile for shipping, so go with a good seller (though you do get a few extra pieces), I got this item from Discount Dean's and they were excellent. The seller emailed me to offer help with putting it together and to make sure all the parts came undamaged. I did have a small decorative ring that needed replacement, and they responded and did so right away (and I was still able to hang it in the meantime, you couldn't even really tell the piece was missing).Keep in mind the chain is 4ft long and the wiring provided is enough for that, if you need it hung lower than that you'll have to get matching chain, or replace the chain, plus install an extension for the wiring. I had mine installed by an electrician so that wouldn't have been a problem, but if you're doing it yourself be prepared.

Very beautiful chandelier BUT the instrutions are NOT good very heard to follow..Try to do better on that.
