SpencoSpenco Rx Thinsole 3/4 Length Shoe Insoles, Women's 11-12.5/Men's 10-11.5

MY PODIATRIST RECOMMENDED THESE INSTEAD OF THE ONES IN WAL,ART AND OTHER STORES BECAUSE SHE SAID THEY GIVE MORE SUPPORT. NOT GEL MATERIAL, JUST A VERY STURDY INSOLE. I WEAR A SIZE 8 IN WOMEN SHOES SO I ORDERED THE ONES THAT FIT MY SHOE SIZE.THESE INSOLES ARE GREAT, HELPS SUPPORT MY FLAT FEET, THEY FIT PERFECT IN MY TENNIS SHOES AND BOOTS.THEY'RE VERY STURDY AND I WEAR THEM ON TOP OF THE INSOLE IN MY SHOES EVEN THOUGH IT SAYS REMOVE THE SHOE INSOLE.

I have used these before and when my very expensive running shoes (Hoka) were causing me some foot pain as the insoles were no longer as supportive - I bought these. I put them in on top of the insoles that came with my running shoes. The fit was great and I am back on track as my shoes not longer cause me any pain. I bought two pairs as I use them in my other (Hoka) running shoes that are new. These do not wear out as they are made of hard plastic and I really like that.

Needed serious arch support in left foot and my podiatrist recommended these (in fact, sent me the link to them:) They help a lot and can be moved from one pair of shoes to another, which is good.

They work great. No give just like they are supposed to.

I have tried many orthotics and shoe inserts, and overall these are the best. I own a few pairs. These even work better in most of my shoes over a custom pair I have at 8x the cost. They are very thin and will fit in most shoes. They provide good support without excessive arch. They are extremely durable! I have used these on multiple backpacking trips with a 35lb pack and they hold up very well. The soft padded top never seems to wear out or tear. Finally, the firm plastic arch support underneath has never broken or cracked, and it flexes a little with each step. Quality is excellent.I've also tried the regular Spenco 3/4 arch support (not thinsole). These have a thicker and stiffer arch support (with a visible arch strengthening grid) and the arch is also higher. I would only recommend those for shoes that have the extra space to accomodate them and for people who want a high arch support.I'll try to add photos.

As a Podiatrist for 30 plus years this OTCProduct is great. Thin, firm and supportive. And fits in all shoes. They run a little big so purchaseOn the smaller size if in between .

too much money the are like all the other ones

These were recommended to me by my podiatrist. They have worked very well and last for months and months....actually....I've used same pair for about 2 years.
