Yo-ZuriR1158-CRB Bonita Trolling Sinking Lure, Red/Black , 210mm 8-1/4"

Took this out on a deep sea fishing trip. We were trolling a lot, but nothing was hitting. Radar was pinging fish deeper, so I put this lure on and was hooked up rather quickly. Brought in (2) 20 plus pound tuna.Only drawback is there is a lot of tension on the line so you will not be able to put it up on an outrigger.Overall very happy with this lure and a great option when normal top water trolling is not producing or fish are deeper.

I have bought and used both the Red and Purple of these lures. There is nothing to think about. The fact you can buy both of these for less than $40 you can’t lose. I have caught trolling in SoFL wahoo, dolphin, barracuda, king, mackerel, tuna and bonitos on these. These can take a beating and be spray painted if needed from the beatings. You can’t buy other Wahoo lures for less than $40 each.

I used this to troll off the coast near Jacksonville, FL. The ocean appeared to be boiling behind the boat. Tuna, Dolphin, King Fish and Wahoo were jumping out of the water and piled on top of each other trying to chase this thing down. The best way to troll this is right behind the boat, within gaffing range. You troll this at about 10 knots, allowing a few minutes for the fish to arrive, and then just start plucking the fish from behind the boat. Please be selective with the fish and don't get greedy.

These are well known and used worldwide. Great for fishing wahoo (ono) as those teeth fish tend to destroy skirted lures. Skirts adds up in money over time we use 2-3 skirts for lures ranging $4-6 per skirt and the wahoo can destroy them in one bite. These yozuri can take a beating over time just paint them and re-rig we use cable or heavy 300-400lb mono.Runs well and erratic to entice fish. Caught mahimahi, yellowfin (ahi), skipjack (aku) tuna as well

Will have to see if this catches fish, got it for a friend to try for wahoo. You can tell the lure is built well and has hooks of very good quality.

These lures are the best for trolling higher speeds. I lost one of these purple/black during tournament in Destin, Florida back in October 2016, on a giant smoker King Fish. I caught a nice Wahoo the day before this and my brother, Tom, hooked up a very nice 50 lbs. Wahoo. You can see why I needed to replace this lure as quick as I could. These lures run true and about 3-4 feet below surface and the depth depends on your speed, I like 8-10 knots.

This lure is very effective for trolling, but the only problem here is the swivels (easy to break) they should change those swivels to heavy duty ones.

Excelente producto y a inmejorable precio. En las tiendas de pesca locales los había visto en no menos de $800.00.Es resistente, tiene un excelente nado a altas velocidades, lo único que le cambiaría son los giratorios en anzuelos, pues me han comentado que se corroen a pesar de lavarlos inmediatamente y tienden a quebrarse con grandes capturas. Compré el azul y el morado, este último pescó en menos de 5 minutos de tenerlo en el agua por primera vez.

Un Currican Grande para troleo lento o rápido... Anzuelos grandes.. Muy bien hecho...Compren uno... Más barato que los USA..
