I have had toenail fungus on 1 toe my middle left toe for more than 2 decades due to me stepping into a fire ant nest in Florida where I got bitten over 200 times with fully open-toed sandals on. My foot swelled up and I got a bad fungal infection on my entire foot from all of the ant bites, as ant harvest fungus for food! Once I realized what it was with a little help from my friend and I did a few bleach foot soaks it finally healed thank God; but I was left with 1 fungal infected toenail and which has not healed til this day with any treatment of which I have done so so so so so many! I feel this thing is the only thing that appears to be working for me after just few days of treatment I have probably used it 7-10 times in the first day on that one toe :D And its simple and super easy to use:D I intend to update you with my progress or modify this review to fit the final outcome:D

I just trimmed the nail on my big toe for the first time well in over a decade. A swimmer, I got toe fungus in just one toe. My doctor said it would spread to all of them, it did not. He said worst case the nail could be surgically removed. But it was horrible, the nail would grow then just fall apart. The options were OTC chemicals, a non-insurance covered laser treatment that was over a thousand bucks, or nasty drugs I would need to take for a year. I tried combinations of the OTC topical fungicides, none worked.I bought this, it came with no instructions. It got close but every time the nail would grow out the fungus would return. I finally figured out how to do it- First cut away as much of the nail as possible, to the point you get a little bleeding. Second clean out the powder every day or two, especially in the corners. I scrubbed with a fingernail cleaning brush in the shower, using hand soap, and then used tweezers and clippers to remove the surrounding dead cuticle skin and nail. The laser light has to get to the fungus, and you must the remove powdered nail to stop re-infection. I was getting 99% of it, but it kept returning. Digging, clipping, and scrubbing is important. Clean both the clippers and tweezers after every use with alcohol, and run them and the brush through the dishwasher once a week or so.Third- I also used three different OTC fungicides after each treatment, which I did twice a day.I still use the laser on it every few days, and now wear flip-flops at the pool so I won’t get infected again.So it works- the wavelength of the laser kills the fungus- but the device came with no instructions and it takes a lot of diligence on your part. You have to get the debris out, or the infection will re-establish itself over and over, especially if the geometry of your nail allows it to avoid exposure to light.It isn’t over until the nail is all the way back, and that may take a year, or more, on a big toe. It took me a year to figure it out- how to do it effectively- and then a year to fix.

For Twelve Years I've been trying to rid myself of nail fungus. I've taken the medications (Expensive, with horrible side effects, nasty stuff) I've tried topical medications, both over the counter and subscriptions. I followed the instructions to the letter. They all had one thing in common. NO RESULTS.I saw the HNC Fungus Treatment Laser on Amazon. I ordered it. WOW in 6 short weeks I witnessed a miracle. My big toe began to clear up. I am so impressed with the results.At the six week mark disaster struck. My unit failed. I immediately wrote to the supplier. I was more impressed with their response than the results the unit created and those result were outstanding. They sent me a replacement unit! No hassle to fuss, just great customer service.In todays world that is a rare quality. If it was possible I'd give the unit a 5 star rating and the customer service a 500 star rating. Thank you for playing a part in my 12 year journey to rid myself of my nasty fungus infection.

Doesn’t work. Just another scam for people who suffer from nail fungus

The information on the Amazon page is inconsistent. The bulleted items at the top of the product page say "This nail fungus laser device makes you see incredible results within a few short weeks with just 7-minutes of daily treatment per affected nail. No other nail fungus treatment delivers nearly the same results within such time." Later, under the "Product Description" heading it says: "Three sessions a day are generally sufficient to ensure results." So much for "just 7-minutes of daily treatment per affected nail"! Sounds more like 21 minutes per nail.The laser I purchased seemed to be having an affect, but i was only using it for 7 or sometimes 14 minutes per nail per day. I haven't given up on the laser treatment. I have been using it for a year, and the device failed shortly before a year had passed. It appears to be an electrical short. It doesn't reliably turn on and stay on any more.In the bullets at the top of the product page there is the only mention of a warranty: "1year warranty". There was no written warranty information with the product itself, and no other information on the Amazon page. I couldn't find a way to contact them - except to order another, cancel the order, and ask my question in the survey that followed. They did reply and confirmed that it was under warranty. They told me I could have a new one for 50% of the cost (Why should I pay 50% if it is under warranty?) or they would take care of processing the warranty for me if I wanted to go with that approach. I asked for warranty service, and they went silent. I haven't heard from them for a couple of weeks.Based on my experience, I think the home laser treatment can be effective but I cannot recommend the product or the vendor. I have now purchased a similar but different device from a different vendor.

I must admit, this thing seems to work exactly as advertised. It is exceedingly rare for me to give 5 stars for any product.I had toenail fungus for decades and nothing seemed to work until I used this thing. I used it daily while I had my morning coffee or while watching TV. I noticed a difference in a couple months and, with further daily use, my fungus is GONE.I enthusiastically recommend.

The nail cleaning laser device was delivered, and the electrical cord is not UK compliant. It has two thin vertical pins. So it can't be charged and nor is it legal to sell in the UK. Hopeless.

Unsure if working, currently combining with chemist product, initial impression OK.
