Materials used to construct the sun catcher are beautiful and of very good quality.However, as with other reviewers I am saddened that the wings, which are heavy crystals, are not supported so they flair out as would be expected of our vision of what a Dragonfly looks like.The sun catcher is much larger and heavier than I expected, and I would suspect that contributes to the inability to support the size of the four crystals that make up the wings.They flop back and together in a bunch so it is just a mass of crystals, not wings.The effect of a sun catcher is met, but not the execution of a dragonfly.Noticed that another reviewed glued the wings in shape with superglue; not willing to do that, and returning the product.Beautiful idea, poor execution of the vision..The overall rating is because of the quality of the product, not the execution. One of the rating values is “Suction Power”. I suspect this is meant to refer to a suction cup of some sort. I did not receive one, and think the weight of the product would prohibit use of a suction cup to adhere it to glass.

Nice idea, but the lack of support causes the “wings” to sag, making it look nothing like a dragonfly. It just looks like a colorful mess. Perhaps an armature would help to keep the gems aligned and the wings upright...I’m not sure, but this isn’t working. Disappointed.Seller has offered a refund if I remove the negative review. I feel it would be unfair to potential buyers to remove it, or people will continue to be disappointed. I’m not the only one who has received product with this issue.

It's very heavy for it's size. Very beautiful... But...The " wings" have no support and just flop together. I thought about gluing the wings so they'd hold the more familiar "dragonfly" shape. Instead I just added a hook and hung it on my window shade. Kinda defeats the purpose of it being a suncatcher, but I just wanted a lovely dragonfly for luck in my new apartment. It holds it's shape "as is", so I'm happy. Can't give it 5 stars though, as it can't be used as a suncatcher. I can buy a diff one for that. I'll prob buy other suncatchers from the same brand though, it really is lovely looking.*Also they really should add a hook.

This piece is beautiful. However, the wings droop all the way forward so it no longer looks like a dragonfly. I’ve tried to think of a way to fix it, but I’m not having any luck. Very disappointed.

Don't buy it! It’s junk! It looked so beautiful hanging in my window until four weeks ago when I went to move it and it fell apart in my hand!!! It’s made with extremely thin wire and the big prisms are just to heavy for that thin wire. Highly disappointed considering the price!

I love this so much, that when the first one broke, I bought another one. I love how it sparkles and makes rainbows all over the car. It keeps me entertained at red lights. The first one did break though. The wire thing that holds the head on broke, and I lost the head in my car somewhere. They could have made the connection to the head a little stronger, but it lasted about a year before it broke.

I liked the colors and design. I don’t like that The wings flop all over they don’t stick out and stay in place like the picture . I noticed only one bead under the head . There should be one on each side.

One of my very favorite crystals, has the colors of all 7 Chakras, and hangs with a suction cup (not included) but are sold on Amazon. They're worth buying because crystal sun catcher's are the perfect gift 🎁 for any occasion.

It's so pretty and a lovely gift! When I put it to the window the wings weren't flat but I turned it round and seemed fine!! Hopefully my daughter will love it as much as me! Also nicely boxed!

Lovely! Arrived in less than 24 hours with Prime. So pretty when it catches the light. I got it for my new car and it hangs from the gear stick I love it. I'd hang it from the rearview mirror but apparently that is dangerous and illegal :-/
