Keratin Replenishing Mist by Ion

Q: Tangled hair, rat's nest, impossible to comb! Which product would be better: this replenishing mist or the smoothing tonic?

I have below the shoulder length hair that was hard to comb through so I started spraying in the Replenishing Mist in after showering but I also use a couple of pumps of Ion Keratin Golden Smoothing Balm before I comb my hair out and have the best success with them both together! I hope this helps! ❤️

Q: Can this be used on dry hair as well? I am trying to get rid of the frizz the next day after my hair has already been washed and dried.

Definitely, I love this stuff. I use it also in between Washings. Works great and helps with the frizz without weighing your hair down.
