My Breville tamper performed a kamakazi maneuver to destroy a glass in my sink. I was unaware they were having issues. I expect it thought it could survive the encounter due to the fact it was made of steel. It did not.This tamper is much heavier and more ergonomic than that one ever was. I recommend.I now keep my glasses and my espresso supplies separate, lest they declare war again.

This Espresso Tamper is Better than I expected. The fit and finish is Perfect in every way. It is weighs more than I thought it would. It has to be Solid stainless steel, not hollow. I would recommend it definitely.

Very nice. Mine weighs 352 grams. Bottom is polished.

Item came as described and appears to be well made. No imperfections (no nicks in the metal base or handle, handle is properly centered and fits the base snugly). Nicely weighted--works like a charm.

Great fit and finish. Has enough weight to make compaction easier and uniform.

It fits regular Bambino’s portafilter and makes a great replacement for that plastic tamper that came with it

Was using a plastic tamper that came with our espresso machine and I upgraded to this on recommendation from many YouTube channels, and it does make the process much more enjoyable and produces a better shot. Just hold the group on the counter, tamp by pressing down evenly, take pressure off and rotate slightly to clean the grounds off, and bam. It definitely elevates the experience and makes better espresso. Hooray!

Very well made, sturdy & and as good as the original high end fancy tampers costing way more.
