HCB Office Chair, Ergonomic Upgraded Desk Chair, Executive Swivel Computer Chair with Lumbar Support for Home, Office(Black)

I've had this chair for about a year and a half. (ordered July 2021, right now it's Feb. 2023) I work from home and I've used this chair daily since the day it arrived. I paid about $50 with tax and shipping and while I'm not really disappointed, I wouldn't say that I actually *like* this chair. It fulfills its need.Good: It's held up well with a couple of exceptions. Nothing's broken or come apart. It still rolls, it still holds me up off the floor. The adjustments all work. The mesh back is like new.Bad: The hydraulic cylinder failed about a month ago and I had to replace that. The padding on the seat bottom is completely sacked out so it's like sitting in the bleachers after a half hour or so. The chair arms are too low to be useful, and are non-adjustable.

2 chairs came together in one box and have different colors not actual color expected (white) with a spot on one chair seat. The second shipment came with a single chair looks new and has expected color (white).

Has a few issues installing, bit my lighting wasn't the best. Quite comfortable, too.

I bought this chair almost two years ago for my home office. The chair is nice but it stains very easily. Nothing has spilt on it but the sit has stains that I can’t remove no matter how much I tried to clean it. After about a year , the chair started to lower it self. Now I have to move the sit up very often because for some reason the sit goes down when I get up or move around.

The chair was alright to assemble and it has a curved shape to rest your back. But, that curved shape also takes up some space. So you do not get to sit on the full seat when sitting straight. If the seat was longer, my legs would feel more comfortable. Also, I find the curved shape is too curved. You can rest your back on the curve only if you lean back at the chair. But, most of the time I sit straight and do my work on computer. So, I do not get to take any comfort. The foam of the seat gets thinner within a few months. Overall, I am finding it less comfortable than I expected. I hope the manufacturers take into account these issues and improve the product.

This chair is way to assemble and a pleasure to use. It's my 2nd office chair but my primary choice of use.

Great chair, I have no complaints. I use it every day!
