Most protein shakes make me nauseous! Been using this one consistently to replace at least one meal a day for past 3 months. This does not make me nauseous ! I am down 30 pounds. I use it as the base to my breakfast to make green smoothies ( kale spinach or collards with a little fruit, fresh ginger and turmeric ice and water).sometimes I will add a drop or two or honey or omega oil to the blend. Occasionally I will blend 310i with almond milk and raspberries or other high fiber fruits and avocado to get my fiber in. I have not experienced an after taste probably because of my mix ins.

First, I don’t write many reviews but wanted to for this. Second, forgive if this is TMI. I’ve been using this for just over a week and so far it’s fantastic. I read lots of reviews prior to buying, most complaining about the taste. I’m glad that didn’t detour me from getting. As another reviewer said it’s a few seconds or minutes. Honestly, I don’t find it horrible. Drink it as my morning meal and in less than probably 5 minutes I’m done. The first day I mixed with milk then decided to just use water. I shake it well, that’s it. Tip: mix powder to liquid not liquid to the powder. Have I noticed weight loss, no, but it’s only been a week and I wasn’t expecting to see a significant change there anyway. While I’d like lose 10’ish pounds, 1 week isn’t enough.TMI part: What I do LOVE about this…as someone who was going to the bathroom A LOT, not talking peeing, that has completely changed. I’ve even eaten foods that previously would send me almost immediately running to find the nearest facilities and now I’m not. At first I thought maybe it was a fluke, which is why I wanted to go a week or so with my typical diet before writing this. Mind you my Dr ran multiple tests to try to figure out my “issue”, even a colonoscopy showed nothing that would be the cause. I resigned myself to a life of always trying to find a bathroom and hope I could make it in time. 310 seems to have changed that and if for no other reason I will continue to buy. So if this sounds like you, I’d encourage you to try. Might not work for everyone but so far I’m glad it is for me. Will update if this changes or if I notice weight loss/gain. I ordered vanilla first, plan on ordering chocolate next.

I would like to first say I do not do reviews usually, but I had to for this product I started taking this in the beginning of February 2022 I am 41 years old 6’3 an at the time I started taking this I was 296. I am now 254. I would also like to say there is no side effects from taking this. Don’t get me wrong this product isn’t perfect but what product is. I usually mix it with coconut milk or 2% lactose Organic blueberries with some organic dragon fruit an it taste delicious, I should say I take one shake per workday. I just happen to work in an environment that requires a lot of cardio. So this product works for me because on average I’m burning on a daily basis 3000 to 4000 cal. My goal is to be down to 210 by the end of June, maybe I will update this review when that time comes.

Best flavors out there! These blend with ice and water effortlessly in my ninja blender. So filling and satisfying! Low carb and only 90 calories a scoop!!! I tried others but came crawling back to 310!

There wasn’t a diet plan, it’s expensive for what you get but it is delicious. You don’t lose weight if your not in a restricted diet of type. They need to give you more information with it!

I tried a couple of different things added to the vanilla first strawberries, and I still did not like the taste.THe next time I tried peanut butter was slightly better tasting but really just did not like the taste .However, I also ordered the same brand in chocolate flavor and its great, I love the flavor. What has really left a bad taste in my mouth is the vanilla flavor shake cannot be returned or my money back or exchanged, I purchase $69.00 worth of vanilla shakes I will not use because they taste terrible.
