The product was just as it was depicted in the photo as well as the written description. It is the perfect finish for my garden shed.

Just rebuilt my back deck. Lower edge of roof is about 15 feet up and corner where drain is would put the down spout a couple of feet off the deck. Not something you want to see. This rain chain is perfect to really add to the looks of the deck.

The beautiful workmanship was what I expected from India when it comes to copper and brass work. They are a nice asset to my yard and can't wait to see how they work in the rain. They came substantially packaged. I would personally recommend these downspouts to anyone. John

The tulip rain chain is not only very attractive in itself, it becomes even more so when it rains! There's a little work involved to hook it up. You'll have to disconnect the existing downspout, either attach the first clip into the gutter or drill two holes into the short round piece coming out of the gutter and attach the first clip into that. It's best to secure the last cup to something firm in the ground. I dug a hole and filled it with crushed stone to absorb and disperse the falling water. Before that I attached a heavy wire to the last cup and put a 90 degree bend at the end of that, then I filled the hole with stones. If you don't do something to absorb the cascading water, you'll have a big washout at the bottom. It's worth the effort and time, Enjoy!

THis product is well constructed and a great option for places you don't want downspouts visible....and let's face it, kinda cool too! Most gutters (IMHO) have a downspout opening that is way too large for these chains to work properly. Water will not be directed properly through a huge hole to get the full effect/benefit. Spend a couple extra dollars and get the customer piece to install it.

The media could not be loaded. So easy to install.

Had installed the same rain chain a couple of years ago. We love it. Wanted to do the sane one on other end of house. It is really pretty. Installation was even easier as we had gutters replaced and they helped with install.
