Stone LainEsmeralda Porcelain Dinnerware Set, Service for 4, 16 Pieces Square Grey Brushed Design

I read a lot of the reviews for this plate set, and most of the complaints were of the paint design... not the dishes themselves. We just remodeled our house and we went with a grey and copper theme, so I decided to go for it (paint and design is a matter of opinion). I am so glad I did! Not only do I love how sturdy they are, I love the streaked paint design! And let's be honest, they're dishes not show pieces! I love them so much I ordered a second box! When I received them, 2 of my dishes were broken, even though they were packed very well. I sent them a message and not only was their customer service center quick to reply, they immediately sent replacements! If you are looking for sturdy plates, that are beautiful and functional, I highly recommend these dishes! And remember, design is a matter of opinon!

This is truly nice looking set of plates and they feel very sturdy! And yes, they are dishwasher safe! I had read some reviews saying that the sets they had received were of poor quality and workmanship, but I did not have that experience. I will note though that not every single piece is 100% identical due to the natural variation in the painting process of the plates. This does not bother me one bit as it adds a uniqueness to the set in my opinion. My only complaint is I received one broken larger dinner plate directly out the package as evidenced in the photo. I emailed the manufacturer the same day as my delivery and in less than 24 hours they had a replacement plate en route to me free of charge. Stone-Lain’s customer service is excellent! I bought two sets of the service for four during Amazons prime day’s sale which saved me ~30 dollars compared to the service for 8 set. Overall, I’m very pleased with the set and I highly recommend it!

This are beautiful, they give the impression that they are hand painted, I was expecting the rim to be golden but no, it is also hand painted which makes it look a little asymmetrical and different in each piece... which I think is not so cool, but I like it anyways, the pieces are a little heavy, they resist the dishwasher and the microwave very well !

Ordered 1 set and a plate came broke. Contacted CS and they sent me another set. I love the uniqueness of each dish!! Each dish looks the same but very small differences in brush strokes. I shopped around for awhile before making my decision and I'm glad I did.

The dinnerware looks so beautiful online but when I received it none of the items matched they were all different shades. They looked like factory seconds rather than fine dinnerware. I would not recommend these to anyone! One bowl was broken and many other items had visible scratches.

Very beautiful dishes. I love the painting irregularities. Makes them feel made just for me. They are also very sturdy and heavy. They may survive my home!

They have such and ocean/earthy/modern vibe. Love them!

Ordered two different sets to ensure I had 8 of everything. Both sets were not as pictured. White looking haze that and runs in the finishing. Immediately returned and bought a much better set for less money.

Es muy bonita la vajilla y la forma me gusta mucho, es algo diferente a lo que estamos acostumbrados, llego completa y sin daños, esta bastante bien protegida, solo hubo un detalle que no sé si fue un poco mi percepción o la luz, pero parecía un poco más café que gris en algunos platos, entiendo que las pintan a mano por lo que el diseño no es parejo, pero aún así me gusto, habrá que ver su durabilidad pero de momento bastante bien!

Nice set , but utensils on the surface make scratching noises like fingernails on a chalkboard. It is very annoying
