First of all inside package was open. Secondly there was only 1 of 2 thigh highs in the package. This one thigh high is grossly under sized. There is NO WAY it will fit someone with 35" thighs. There is very little stretch. They barely come above the knee and definitely not made for those that are taller. I'm 5'10 but with shorter legs and these fit barely above the knee. Hopefully I can return these as 1 thigh high does zero good when you have 2 legs!!!
