I’ve worn compression shirts for the last 7 or so years every day. Mainly I started wearing them to try and suck in the gut and it became a habit. Over the years o put on some weight probably about 70 pounds. But recently I’ve dropped about 55-60ish of it but still wear the compression shirts to keep everything “tight” but they also help with sweat. I sweat in -20 below weather sometimes. But im getting married next month and even tho I look and feel a lot better than I did 6 months ago im still not where I wanna be. I’ve used shirts like this in the past but they were always stiff and wildly uncomfortable. Reviews were good so I ordered a large. Currently im 6’1” 218-220 pounds. They sent a medium 😒 but I wear medium compression shirts daily and even small now. Reviews all said go a size bigger. But anyway got the medium figured I’d try it. It was a little rough to get on and off but tucked everything in nicely. Pics above are without the shirt and with and it’s makes a huge difference. So I won’t be returning this. The only issue I have is the neck line is REALLY low and under my white dress shirt it might look a little funny but hopefully my vest covers that. Definitely recommend

I got the tank top to work on my bellyI just got so and it will take awhile to check if it works reducing my belly size

Pleased with the quality of the material. Disappointed they sent a medium when I ordered a large.

This was delivered today, and I was hesitant to try it on. It was so small. The description says that one has to step into it and pull it up. I barely got my two feet and ankles into it, but it stretched easily and within seconds, it was where it was supposed to be. I have now kept it on for several hours. The support in my lower back is wonderful. The pain I usually feel is gone. I am very happy with my purchase. I bought one in black and one in white.

I weight 300 pounds and after I got compression shirt over my big fat head, it would go any further. I had to get two of my roommate to ply it off my body. The compression shirt must have been a XL, and use for 2xL and 3xL The label stated 3xL. it was too small. I tried the compression shirt on the next day and had the same problem, my roommates were not home so I had to take scissors and cut it off of me. I throw that overly tight thing in the trash. Too small for my fat body.

Alright y'all welcome to the trying to look good club while trying to also lose weight. Florida resident. I normally wear a 3XL shirt and hate wearing a TShirt because of how large it makes me look when I'm already big enough.I tried 4 different brands, all size 2XL. This one is it! Fits super snug like it's supposed to but slims/flattens everything out. I can wear a Tshirt again!! It is breathable as well. Legit, I feel like I just won something because I wear 2XL Tshirts again and not 3XL. I just ordered several more. Only NEGATIVE, it says hand wash only.Size wise, average torso, 5 foot 11, 265lbs, athletic build but with obvious fat.

Basically keeps your skin smooth so there are no wrinkles in your shirt. Other than that, pretty much a waste of money.
