This product is very good

Plugged it in and NOTHING. No light, no diffusion. I had previously bought another one that worked so I ordered this (a second). The first one gave out after only 2 weeks (while this had already been shipped). At least I was able to get a refund on this piece of garbage.

The remote and larger water volume are great! It freshens the whole house and lasts a long time. However, the lid is really hard to pull off if you have small hands and/or arthritis. This is a deal breaker for me as I use oils daily.

The diffuser was working fine. I purchased the item Feb. 7, 2021, Aug. the diffuser stopped working. I would turn it on and it would shut right off. Since it was past the 30 day warranty with Amazon I contacted the company. After going back and forth with them by email, me sending in the video they requested. They came back with it was past the warranty time. I shared with them that I've only had the item for 7 months and that's all you have to offer me? Then they came back with we can only give you 50% of the cost. I replied that was fine send me that. I haven't heard anything from the company in 4 weeks. If the product isn't lasting ling than 7 months and this is how they stand behind their products, I want nothing else from them. Amazon needs to remove their products from under their name. If they would have replaced it I would have been satisfied with that but no, bad customer service, not taking care of your customers and not providing them with anything. I hate this because I really liked the Diffuser.

It lasted a little over a month. Good product until it no onger worked.
