HPChromebook, 14a-na0023cl, N4000, 4GB, 64GB, with Mouse an

I got this just for doing basic computer tasks at home. I didn’t really know anything about Chromebooks. While it’s disappointing that it doesn’t come with Windows, there are apps for documents, spreadsheets, etc. that seem to work pretty well. It only has one USB port, so that was disappointing, and I’ve already purchased an external CD drive since it doesn’t have one. I was also disappointed to find out that it wasn’t compatible with our printer so we have to buy a new printer. Despite these disappointments, I’m still really happy with it because it was so inexpensive and it meets my needs. It’s just so nice to have a new machine that’s fast— my previous laptop was 10 years old. I really appreciate that it doesn’t have all the advertisements preloaded on it like Windows machines do. I love how light and thin it is. All in all, it’s easy to use and go back and forth between using my Chromebook and my phone for daily activities. Very very happy.

I received this product over the weekend and it was in immaculate shape for it being a "Like New" product. Would definitely buy from the seller again! Works great!

I bought this computer after researching Chromebooks on Consumer Reports. This one had high marks for many things, and the price couldn't be beat. I use it for online-only things, and don't need a lot of extras or storage space. So far, with about 2 weeks of use, I couldn't be more pleased with the battery life, ease of use, and the computer itself is sturdy and feels more substantial than I thought a Chromebook could. I highly recommend it!

There is a point internally where a wire harness for the screen passes right next to a metal hinge point that opens and closes the laptop. In just a few months of using for school my daughter started experiencing shutdowns intermittentently when adjusting the position of the screen. It got worse and worse until it was unusable. After looking into the problem I uncovered the worn down severed wire from repetative friction on hardware at the hinge pivot point which was causing a short and eventually just severed. Not worth having fixed for the price. She used it for 1 year.

It works impressively well...much better than the Asuses But you know what CHROMEBOOKS CAN BE A TOOTHACHESome of the feature to save or navagating to save into your down load from mydrive por instance seem to be DESIGN BY A PSYCHO CENTERED IN TORTURING YOU, or either designed by someone PATHOLOGICALLY STUPID WITH ZERO COMMONSENSE

Got this for my wife, for simplicity and ease of use. its a chromebook, so doesnt use hard drive for mass storage. like all chromebooks, you need internet access to use it, so be sure you are aware of that.this brand is excellent and has a great screen and keyboard. price was really good - make sure you shop around for sale prices and pick one up when they are on sale.

The only problem was I didn't get the piece for the wireless mouse. Can't use it.
