Pretty OK.
I assume the temperature is accurate. I'm still alive anyway.Nice addition for an air fryer of any cooking to ensure safely cooked meats and fish.

Easy to use
This thermometer was ready to go straight from the package ,I used it the same day and made a big difference to have the correct cooking temperature as opposed to guessing .All thought the food I cooked on the barbie was correct and I am sure this product will be on hand for the next time. No guessing from me in the future.

Cheap but not as accurate as quoted
Used in Electronics classes for working with thermistors and has so far survived a season of GCSE and A level students doing coursework.Auto turn off feature a real battery saver.My one reads about 2°C too high at room temperature and 0.8°C to high at 100°C (checked with boiling water at 1014 mbar air pressure), which is close enough for us.One very slight design flaw is that if the tip is placed in a mug or small pan and it's left, the weight distribution makes it roll round until the display is facing away from the user. Not a big deal but students often don't have a free hand to steady it as they need to take photos as a record.

Great digital coooking thermometer
This digital meat thermometer is a necessity for any home cook or chef. Besides baking I also use it for meat, including ham, chicken and turkey. When I prepare warm water to mix yeast for bread recipes, the cooking thermometer is perfect for quickly checking the temperature so that it's not too hot or cold! Now I bake fabulous breads like my pull-apart cheese garlic bread pictured here.Will buy it again for my friends.

Annoying, cheap & functional and potentially dangerous
I havent read the instructions which are too small for anyone to read!!Not instant reading. It takes a long press time to give the result...about 10 secs! °C and °F available with a quick press.I would buy a more expensive thermometer as holding this one and pressing in eg a hot liquid for more than a second ie a long time is potentially dangerous!
