WOW! OMG! WOW! and OMG! WOW again!
WOW! OMG! WOW! and OMG! WOW again!Adam Boucher, Core McKay, and Donovan Couture have secrets, but they are joined by their past as Untouchables in The Company, and joined to Indie. Adam is on Les Fleurs Island to attend an auction. He wants to make his own team to carry on The Company tradition. He finds a ten-year-old Indie Anna Accorsi. She is a throw away, not valuable to anyone because she is wild, young, and creepy. Adam sees potential. Donovan sees someone to psychoanalyze. McKay can’t walk away even though she has the capability to destroy them. Indie is the perfect addition to their team. What exactly is this group up to? The answer to this question isn’t easy to reveal because – secrets.Creeping Beautiful is the definition of a WOW story. It is JA Huss at her finest. It is everything I love about this author. It keeps me guessing. The characters are sexy, creepy, mysterious, and loveable. Each chapter is from one of the team’s point of view. The plot is intricate and tight, keeping the focus on the characters, while so much action is happening. There are twists and turns that make me nervous and hold my breath one moment then tie my stomach in knots the next until I start to breathe again. I didn’t have a clue what would happen from one page to the next, but I knew it would be a thrill. From the beginning, I was hooked, following the breadcrumbs that expose the past, the present, and the potential future.Creeping Beautiful is a suspense-filled adventure. Huss takes us on a trip back to her wicked Company world with a completely new cast of characters, and the return of some old friends and foes. Expect surprises at every turn. I love that Creeping Beautiful has old characters and events from the past sprinkled throughout; shining new and unexpected insight on what you think you know. This doesn’t mean you must read The Company before reading Creeping Beautiful . It is a standalone novel. It is fun visiting this world again with the new and some of the old. There is a satisfying ending with the promise of more in the future. I can’t wait for more. A must read from one of my favorite authors. This story is going to be an excellent audio. I can't wait to get my copy.

Mind blown!
Mind blown! To say reading a JA Huss book is easy would be like saying trigonometry is as easy as addition and subtraction. She uses her words to dig into your head and really flips everything around! Now I have a lot catching up to do. lolI have read a lot of her stories and none of them come close to jacking with my head like this one. And you know what? I freaking loved it! I love that I now also have to backtrack and really get to know all of these other 'mentioned' people. My bad, but also my good. More of Julie scrambling my brain. So, win! If you have read all of those books prior to this then you are way ahead of the game.I have to say that while I mostly get the characters, I am glad there are more books coming so we can dig deeper into them all. And before that time comes I will be reading up on the others. If you like your books to the point and with a HEA, then move on. But if you like the idea of more depth, more angst and more to the story then you really want this book.

Twists and secrets and surprises
I don't want to give anything away, so I'm not going to. What I am going to do is just say like, Oh My Goodness. This story has everything I always loved about JA Huss. My favorites of hers have been the Rook and Ronin/Company/321 type stories. This book ties into that world but can totally be read all on its lonesome. There's a girl. There are 3 guys. She loves them all. They all love her. They all care for her in different ways. But she's not an ordinary girl. And these aren't average guys. They are the Company.I loved loved loved this book. There are so many secrets and JA Huss is mastermind at secret telling. I kept thinking there couldn't be another surprise, but I was wrong! Right up through the epilogue, she was dropping bombs on me. I cannot wait for more!!

Creeping Beautiful
JA Huss is absolutely an amazing author. She creates these worlds that are so easy to get lost in. The suspense brings agony until the end is revealed. And since we are just getting started on this journey, the agony is real!I stayed up until 4 AM (And yes I over slept) to finish CREEPING BEAUTIFUL. I dreamed about it and I woke up thinking about it. AND IT SLAMMED ME!!! I think I know what is going on, but is that truly what's going on? The twists and turns that Huss is known to write has me knotted up. I cannot quit thinking about this book! Then there is this tree house scene. Whoa. The EOBS is a chance to see more about the book through Julie Huss's eyes. What she's thinking. It just pulls everything together. This one is phenomenal. I absolutely loved it.Although this book is a standalone, it's part of a bigger world that I'm positive you will want to jump into if you haven't already. This is an excellent place to start.

Twisty and touching
OMG!What did I just read? Was it a thriller?A romance?Or something altogether new and difference? All of the above. All I know is that when JA Huss announced she was diving back into the world of “The Company”, I was all in. And when she revealed the title, “ Creeping Beautiful”, my imagination started working overtime. When i read it, it was clear that I didn’t even come close. This is the story of a girl assassin ala Sasha and the men who protect, control, and, ultimately, love her. It’s lush and disturbing and one of JA Huss’ twistiest stories yet. The shifting POVs and timelines are seamlessly executed, keeping the reader off balanced but never confused. Like Meet Me in the Dark, this story has triggered a lot of mixed emotions, leaving me unsettled and haunted. The only thing I’m sure of is I WANT MORE.4.5 slithery stars

Brilliant psychological, twisted romantic suspense
A mind bending psychological romantic suspense, full of drama, emotion and twists so turny you might get dizzy trying to work it all out!If you are new to JA Huss, please get reading because this is one hell of a ride on a journey that has been cleverly interwoven with several series and many beloved (and not so beloved) characters. Intertwined and connected with The Company, a deadly, secret organisation, this is a good place to start or an intriguing addition to this amazing world.Fanflippingtastic, I loved it....my head is in a mess of the very best kind!Indie Anna Accorsi has been missing for four years, since the fateful night of her 20th birthday. She returns to McKay with no memories of that night and a sketchy description of where she has been. He calls Adam and Donovan to return home, she needs them all.I mentioned romance above, it is, but not in the traditional sense, even with the knowledge it features four men and one woman.......mwahaha! Dont let that put you off ;-) This book has a timeline of 14 years, the details of which we learn from four of the characters pov, starting when Indie was aged ten. I loved that each character told a specific seperate part of the timeline, which made a complicated story very clear. The fifth person Nathan, the boy next door, although we don't hear from him is integral to the story.I don't want to give anything away, so if you enjoy a well written, dark, twisted story with depth and detail that will mess with your mind, then this is for you. There is suspense, mystery and so many secrets. The more secrets JA Huss reveals, the more intricately her web of intrigue is weaved!I was hooked from the first page and I cant wait for what happens next! 5 huge stars

Four stars
Stars given on level of engagement;5 stars - less than a day to read because I cannot put it down. I only give 5 stars if it has managed to engage extra emotions from me - extreme lol moments or real teary moments etc. A 5 stars book tends to have me raging about cliff hangers and (legally and not creepily) stalking the author for release dates.4 stars - 2 days to read or less. A book that I have quite enjoyed reading, feisty MC and some racy scenes with thier romantic interest. I would definitely follow a series and author for 4 star books.3 stars - takes around 2/3 days to read, usually because I have become distracted and less engaged in some sections but by the end the end I have enjoyed the overall story and would read any sequels.1/2 stars not given, as I have usually returned it without finishing as I'm not engaged. .

Superb!!!
Another amazing JA Huss creation explodes its way out of the page and straight into your totally focussed, engaged and awestruck mind. How the hell does she come up with these incredible plots and equally compelling characters? I consistently fall in love with them and find myself thinking about them at random times! That is one amazing talented woman!!As always, I found myself engrossed in learning about each of these new additions to the world of The Company. Indie, Adam, McKay and Donovan are intense, interesting, multi-faceted and woven into each other with emotional ties that have been years in the making. Intelligent writing which sets a pace that leaves no room at all, for idling around, Creeping Beautiful is a masterpiece of twisted thinking, mystery, emotions and, as is always the case with a book by JA Huss, I could not put it down. With a long term plot in the making, I am going to bask in the joy of knowing that so much more is to come. Bliss!!! 💖💖💖😱💖💖💖

Fabulous, twisty and suspenseful
Creeping Beautiful is a Company spin off, so while Santa Barbara is mentioned, and a few other characters, it is not necessary to have read any of the other books to enjoy this. This group of people are Company. Adam purchases Indie, aged 10 at an auction. She's to be his weapon; an assassin. He owns her. McKay trains her, feeds her, cares for her. Donovan's role is to keep her sane. This story is told from all their points of view. Then there's Nathan, the boy next door, a friend. The story skips between the present and the past, as we learn of events that gradually bring Indie's story up to date. There's mystery, suspense, the warped view of life being part of the Company. And then there's a twist. It all leaves me wondering what will happen next in their story.

Mind melt
This book got my head twisted about, so I had to slow down and start again because it had my head all over the place, did I like this book, yes but I needed quiet to concentrate, you'd be in the past, then in the present, then reading about one character, then another but once I got the hang of it, I really enjoyed it, on to book two now💚
