Glad I purchased 2burner! Perfect size on counter top.
Used both burners...Made Chicken Chipotle w/breasts & thighs fried in a little oil in base of enameled searing pan. Came out perfect! Used lid only covering 3/4 of pan to keep from splattering & kept juices in without sacrificing crispness . Temp control was kept @#6-340 dgrs.F on ea. burner side. Performace, very fast heat up w/oil in pan when turned burner on. Added chicken to sizzling pan & browned beautifully, as well as cooked thru. Durability looks & feels very sturdy. Better than stove top gas stove in every area...

Works well. Gets super hot really fast
This is a very serious cooker. You'll have to throw away all your aluminum pots and pans and get a new set suitable for this which needs steel bottoms because of a magnetic mechanism that's required for it to start up. Otherwise it doesn't even heat up at all and it gets very hot very fast I found a whole set of pots and pans on Amazon on sale for like 60 bucks. They're really nice and all's well now.

Rugged! Boils water super fast!
Bottom line, the CuiSunyo 240v induction cooktop is a very helpful addition to my kitchen. I'll probably use it very frequently and appreciate the speed in which it heats things up and boils water, but will still use the gas range when I need wide, even heat distribution or fine temperature controls on the low-mid end of the heat spectrum. In that regard, this cooktop is a bit of a luxury in my case since I already have a perfectly functional 120v tabletop induction cooktop. The CuiSunyo cooktop is built quite ruggedly with its metal enclosure and sturdy feet. The fan is acceptably loud when running full power, and is mostly drowned out by my (louder than I want it to be) range hood. It has a NEMA 6-20 plug (requires a grounded 240v, at least 20amp outlet; no neutral wire required). The power controls allow you to select watts or select a temperature. The selectable powers are:3500 watts2800 watts2300 watts2000 watts1700 watts1400 watts1000 watts (through modulating 1400 watts on/off)500 watts (through modulating 1400 watts on/off)I verified this with manual measurements of the input voltage and amperage and it checks out with less than 1% error margin (ie. 234 volts x 14.89 amps = 3484 watts). The selectable temperatures are:465°F430°F400°F355°F300°F250°F195°F140°FI haven't done any testing yet on how accurately it holds temperature or how the cooktop behaves in this mode, but imagine it's best suited for heating large quantities, not individual portions. The diameter of the heating area, or the ring of fire, is about 6". I measured this empirically with boiling a shallow pan of water and measuring the circle that bubbled. I also cooked some potstickers using the CuiSunyo and it did an adequate job but didn't get the edges of my pan very well--in the future I'll finish browning them on the gas range whenever I'm able to.I did a few tests to compare it to my other induction cooktop, a Duxtop 1800W Portable Induction Cooktop Countertop Burner, Gold 9120MC/BT-M20B.I used a 2qt ikea saucepan & lid and 500 mL of room temperature water. The CuiSunyo took 86 seconds to bring the water to a rolling boil (extremely violent boil, I'll add). The Duxtop took 221 seconds to bring the water to a rolling boil. I need to mention that the Duxtop only pulled 1400 Watts on full power, despite being advertised as an 1800 Watt cooktop.Where I see this shining is a convenient, indoor-safe alternative to using a large gas burner for deep frying or home brewing. However, despite a gas burner's inefficiencies vs electric/induction, a 65,000 BTU gas burner still has the equivalent of roughly 7800 Watts of heating and will take less than half time time of the CuiSunyo if you use it where you already have adequate ventilation.

Works great
Got this for my daughter. A little intimidating at first but she likes it a lot now.

Perfect for me
I picked this particular one because it didn't have the assortment of selections and buttons, just the basic buttons that I could feel with just running my hand over. With limited sight while others may think all those other choices to have are great, it can be a little bit of a nightmare for me so this worked out perfect for me. I made my chicken fried rice, also made some steak and zucchini and yellow squash for supper, mint tea and found out that the water heats amazingly quick as well as the heat in the pans get amazingly hot very quickly. This takes half of the time at least compared to the electric stove that I have been using vs the induction cooktop.

RUN AWAY, KEEP YOUR MONEY!
I was duped. Temp control is impossible. When cooking with temp control, the the temp swing varies as much as 200 degtees. When cooking in wattage there is no temp control at all. You can not control temp in power setting. STUPID.

Make sure you use stainless steel and be very careful not to get any liquid on the stovetop.
Updated review to five stars. Despite the little puckering on the settings screen it’s a fabulous strove top. You’ll have to get rid of anything that isn’t stainless steel or specifically for induction cooking you won’t be disappointed. It’s the only thing we have for cooking. It’s just wonderful!………I love the induction stove top and use it daily. Unfortunately it did warp (see second picture) near the control panel on the right side, and I waited to see if it would get worse. It hasn’t but I just can’t imagine why it warped that way. That said, just be extra careful not to get any liquid on the stove top, otherwise it’s a great buy.!

lots of power, needs more low power setpoinnts for simmering. off boil or burn kinda
Inexpensive, high powered aprox 3250w, sturdy, great for large kettles etc.. boils water quickly, probably best for 2 gallons or more, or deep frying? Not good for my regular cooking, Temperatures are 140, 195, 250, 300,355, 400, 430, 465 and 140 + 195 seem to work ok on larger pans.Power levels are 500, 1000, 1400, 1700, 2000, 2300. 2800, 3500. 5oow setting pulses 1500w on and off, 1000 watt the same , higher levels use acutall wattage. up to 3500 which is aprox 3250.Fan is reasonably loud. Plug is same as my other induction 240v, vollwrath Intrigue. No lower settings or setpoints once you bring water to boil, nearly impossible to set simmer on small sauce pan. valu under buk fivty
