High quality materials, great obstacles, but needs better installation directions
I did a ton of research and picked this one for its longer line length because we have large trees that are not close together. What I didn't understand was that the line with the ratchet is only 5 feet or maybe a little longer and of course was just a few inches too short to go around our 1st choice tree. Luckily, we were able to switch ends and put the ratchet line on a smaller tree. I feel like that information could have been more clear as to exactly how long the ratchet line is and where exactly that line goes in the sales posting for those of us who are not familiar with how these lines assemble. Overall the directions for assembly could have been much clearer, especially about how to connect the ratchet. Like others, we spent about 6 hours over 2 days in the freezing cold while our kids patiently waited for their Christmas present to be installed to get everything up and operational. And that didn't count the additional time of adjusting the sag once they played on it. A big time saver was looping the obstacle holders through to desired position and then inserting bottom end all the way through because once they obstacles are on the line, they're moveable but not easily. Also, don't move the obstacles until you get the line completely up. The ratchet line feeds more than you might think, like it did for us and then you have to bring the line down to move them out of the way- again not easy. Also, someone suggested putting it 2-3 × your kids height. We did, thought it was too high, lowered it and had to raise it again once it sagged and kids got on it. It's been trial and error with lots of mistakes made by us installing it but we finally have it up and not sagging! The materials are heavy and appear to be high quality. I was very impressed with the quality of everything, especially the pieces to attach the obstacles to the line. The obstacles are great. There's a good variety. My 8 year old boy and girl twins can enjoy parts now and grow into other parts. Also, the box has a picture of the course on it so be sure to request a plain box. I didn't see that option but luckily had a great delivery driver who asked my kids to get me so Santa's gift wasn't ruined!

Fun, but plan for a time consuming install the first time you use it
I recommend you don't tell the kids about it until it's installed. I made the mistake of scheduling a "family event" to install this thing, figuring we could work together. It took a lot longer than I had expected and the kids were bored out of them mind. Then they were initially underwhelmed when I finally got it together. I blame myself for this. But then the second day, my kids went back to play on it all by themselves and spent well over an hour on it without noticing where the time went. All things considered, I think this is well worth the price to get the kids playing outside (and getting along!)The attachment hardware is really well designed. Easy to install and move into place, and rock solid. Before letting my kids play on it, I tested it with 2 people hanging from rings with a total weight of well over 500 lbs, and yeah it's going to bow down, but I think the line hardware, ratchet, and line are solid. The swing had no trouble supporting the bigger of us.I'd recommend releasing the tension if it's not going to be used for a few days to be kind to your trees. The tree saver straps may help on smaller diameter trees, but they won't do much on the large cedars I mounted mine on.I think the blue climbing net is my least favorite accessory. When the line is high enough for the swing to and rings to be used, the net is also too high off the ground. Plus if two kids are playing the line can swing enough to get a kid tangled up in the blue net (especially when my son did this intentionally to try to make my daughter fall. I'm glad I was supervising at the time). The rest of the accessories are well liked by my kids, though the swing's rope are a bit long, it's definitely serviceable, and the mounts can be spread out to make it a more reasonable height.I wish the ladder were a little taller.A few points to consider:Measure first, make sure you have two trees sufficiently distanced apart, allowing for the line to reach around the trees. In my case, both trees were too large in diameter for the ratchet end to reach around the tree and be able to tighten (see photos). I was able to add a $15 winch tree saver strap to lengthen the line and save the day.Use a ladder and a friend: the lines need to be mounted higher than you think, and it definitely a two person job, and it'll take some muscle to crank down the ratchet and tension the line. All in all, my kids love it and are outside playing and getting along. I'm happy with it. I'm curious what other accessories could be attached to upgrade this in the future.Note: I received this item for free in exchange for providing my honest review.

Fun playset for backyard
Very fun playset for my daughters. It has great build quality. The straps are very strong. The metal parts seem to be heavy aluminum, possibly stainless steel. The ratchet is solid and easy to use to tighten the ropes. It is very customizable with loads of fun attachments. We have multiple trees in our backyard. This is the perfect product to add fun activities for my 8-year and teenage daughters. We read through a lot of instructions in others' comments. Thanks to those who wrote detailed installation tips, very helpful for us to figure out the structure. It took some time, but it was a fun experience, especially with enthusiastic participation from my both daughters. My daughters were super excited to pick the trees, to measure everything out, to put the straps on for the items, and to design the sequence of bars, ropes, the ladder, the net, etc in this ninja warrior obstacle course. Through several trials, we ended up the design that my daughters both liked. We had a classic playset, but those are boring and do not have the challenge for my daughters' age. My daughters were super excited about this new palyset and used it every day for exercises. They challenge each other to run through the ninja warrior obstacle path, which is a lot harder than I thought. I could not do them all myself :). They also enjoyed to relax and do the swing and ladder together. As for me, I enjoyed sitting in the swing, relaxing and watching my daughters playing and exercising. It is well worth the money, fun for every family members!
