Best Black Beans
I’ve tried six or seven different black beans, but these are my favorite. No stones and very few broken beans. They cook up beautifully in the slow cooker and do well when I use the pressure cooker on the InstaPot.

Camilla Brand are the only dried beans I buy.
I have purchased several varieties of this brand to use in soup. They have a large variety and have all been good. For those of you still using canned beans, the difference between canned and dried is night and day. I use an InstaPot, just briefly rinse the dried beans under the facet, no soaking, dump them in the pot and fill with liquid to cover at least 1 1/2 inches above the beans, for 8 oz. dried beans in an 8 quart pot. I put in all my other ingredients and cook for about 45 minutes. OMG—so good, the flavor of the soup infuses the beans for the best soup EVER.

Tasty soft beans
Camellia beans always cook up well, soft & tender. I have had problems with other brands of beans staying hard despite coking them for a couple hours in a pressure cooker.

Wonderful tenderness when cooked.
Great product with that taste of freshness missing from very old hardened beans. Love it.
