Jebao Submersible Fountain Pump (WP3000-790gph)

Replaced a Jebao SP-3000T, which was dimensionally smaller and came with a 20’ cord; this cord was maybe 5’-6’, but long enough. The two power prongs in the plug have holes in them, which helped tremendously. The hole for the cord in my fountain’s base is small, so I tied a string to the old plug before I pulled the old pump from the fountain column and pulled the string through the base so I could use it to pull through the new cord through the base. I threaded the string through the prong holes before stuffing the cord into the base; pulling the string oriented the plug so it fit through the small hole in the base.

Bought it 4 months ago. Flow is great and long cord is useful. However, my fountain is on a timer, and it doesn't like to start once it has been shutoff. I have to unplug it and plug it in several times daily. Once it starts it's fine. By the way, website says 1 year warranty but when I talked about returning it the seller said the return period is 30 days. What's up with that?

I bought this as a spare for one I have in a fountain. It has been running 24 hrs. a day for at least 4 years and is still going strong. I need the 30 ft. cord to reach my power source.

Fittings are easy to break. Snapped one by just putting the hose on it. Not bad though for the price

Product was advertised as having a 12 foot electrical cord and only had a 4 foot electrical cord. False ad do not order if you are looking for a longer electrical cord. I was very upset about this. I hope the product is as good as its specs. I will not buy from this seller again. beware- C- rating.

I needed a 30 ft cord and this only has a 20 ft cord I had to splice the cord and it has very questionable flow.
