You don't really know until you buy something. This was not an eyeball massager, like my doctor wanted me to get. This is a really cool massager for your temple, your eye socket pocket and above your eyebrows. It does heat up, which is really, really good for the glands in your eyes. I didn't know that when you got older the glands in your eyelids kind of clog and stop working so well. The heat keeps it going. The first ten minutes has this scrunching quality to it, but the back end is the kneading, and I like that part. The largest surprise was the tune of the music. Everyone in the comments were complaining about the tune, but it's from my favorite series. BBC's War & Peace. It's the scene where Andrei and Natalie start falling in love.
