Great product and ease to use

While searching for a pasta maker attachment, even after reading the reviews, I still had some trepidations regarding the quality of this product.When it arrived, my wife and I opened the box and took out the attachments and I must say that we were both impressed with the quality. I will say that it is very Heavy, and while using it, it did a great job making our homemade pasta.I shared with my wife some of the negative comments regarding the cleaning of this attachment and she stated to me that in some cases, it sounded to her as if they had too much Liquid in the pasta dough. If your dough is sticky, you do not want to use the pasta attachment until you make the dough less sticky, adding more flour.PROS: sturdy, well made, performed very well for us.CONS: at this time, nothing to note.

This set of pasta attachments fits the Kitchen Aid mixer perfectly with half the cost of the actual Kitchenaid attachments.

I have been holding out of purchasing one of these for years. Recently after speaking with a retired chef about the various uses of it, I took the plunge and bought this set.I will say that the first week of having them we made: Fettuccine Pasta, Empanadas, Calzones, Knishes and pizza!All we froze and haven't had to make any thing since! Well worth the price and the making was a lot of fun as well.

I use this to make pasta sheets. Works well. I find it a pain to clean as it cant be put through a dishwasher and it says not to submerse in water. There is a brush to clean it, but thats not easy to get a lot of flour out. If it cakes on there you NEED water and then it gets tricky.

I purchased a kitchen aid mixes a few months ago, and purchased these attachments to go with it. I always make homemade noodles and used these attachments to roll the dough and cut the dough. It was a back-saver, worked quickly and saved a lot of time! Would highly recommend!

Easy to use (once I attached the right side up)... Used it to make some Italian ribbon cookies for Christmas where the dough has to be rolled paper thin.

Didn't give a review "easy to clean" because it doesnt really even get dirty. Dont submerge it in water if you do have to clean it though (the instructions are insistent on this). Works well, high quality, a little dangerous health wise because now I'm eating so much delicious pasta ;)

If I've known making pasta was this easyyyy!!!! It works decent. Sometime I have difficulties cranking it to 7 idk why though.
