Beyond satisfied. I have this sub hooked up to a pioneer GM-D8601 amp, wired down to 2 ohms and 500w rms out of the amp, which is a perfect match for this sub. First off, out of the box, AMAZING build quality. The sub felt extremely sturdy and well built. The terminals seemed to be made very well, and everything looked solid. It fit perfectly in my ported 10 inch box, and the screws included worked well. Terminals were easy to hook up, and everything was very user friendly. At 500w rms, I would never expect a 10 to hit so hard, but with 1 10 in my car, it is almost excessive bass. My rear windshield wiper and lisence plate rattle, and it hurts your chest. All while sounding extremely crisp and neat. This sub sounds CLEAN! I am blown away on how great of a sub this is for 70 dollars. I would pay 150 for another one. Would recommend to all!

In the 90’s I started my bass life with this Brand of subwoofer. I loved it back then and now I am enjoying it once again. The sound and bass is soo crisp and clear. I would very highly recommend this Brand

It’s a shame they don’t sell these anymore I think the company went under? I’ve abused these I mean used these for the past 5 years everyday they are tough!

Good speakers i have them in a sealed 2.3 sqft^3 box getting 650 watts each at 2 ohms sound real nice and hit hard. The manual will show you how to wire them. A sealed box is recommended but a ported box will work. They handle 650 watts nicely. I dont try to over power them or turn my amp all the way or use a bass boost or anything on the amp. I just have my stereo subwoofer input all the way up and its loudness all the way up and it hits plenty hard on the songs that hit hard. Not every song has tremendous bass which we all know is irritating.

Very good for the size and price.These will surprise you for a 10 inch sub.Put 2 of them in my daily in a compact vented box to conserve trunk space.Paired with the CBA4500 amplifier and after tuning the amplifier correctly they do not disappoint. Excellent option if you would like some bass but also not have a massive box take up all of your trunk.So for a compact setup that delivers very good performance for the size and price. They are a great option for the price point.Install correctly, do it right and Obviously upgrade your ground and power distribution as you would with any decent install.I highly recommend for a budget friendly space saving option.

these subs pound loud and hard. I blew up my alpine type r's and decided after extensive research to try these orion xtr's and I was blown away. they are half the weight of the alpine but handle my Memphis audio prx1000 perfectly. I push them hard and they handle all the power. the price was half of what I paid for the alpines. I'm so impressed with the sound quality that my next custom build I will purchase orion hcca competition subs and amp. but for now I'm enjoying these. highly recommend that if you want great quality at a low price these are really worth it.

Fried in the first 2min on a Warzone 5000 amp(which I gave 5 stars), had all dials down low, still fried. I prob shouldn’t have ran these speakers parallel @ 1ohm, but figured settings would be low enough for a break in period, speakers didn't last 2mins. Would prob be better w/ a much smaller amp & actually making thru a break in period, but that’s not what happened. I expected better from Orion, especially the xtr line. I used to like them in the 90’s; this wasn’t the experience I had in mind.
