Brand new, but not stored properly and it shows.
Arroved bent, like it had not been stored flat. I tried storing it so it would bend back, but it didnt, so maybe it was stored bent for a long time or in hot temps. One partial crack that I could fix w hot glue, but why am I repairing a new item? If the frame is not flat, it does affect the floght characteristics.

The item is cheap and doesn't stay on drone. It just sits on top and the foam is worth maybe 10$ in craft foam that anyone with a little extra time can easily make. Overpriced, absurd policy, and it didn't even arrive on time! DO NOT RECROMEND!
