Fantastic quality for the price
I've used this saw to dress out 3 deer already and it performed flawlessly. The dull part at the end is really helpful to keep from accidentally puncturing things unintentionally. It's very lightweight and easy to carry into the field, especially with the included sheath. I actually forgot my proper butchering saw this last time and had to use this one to process the entire deer but it worked great, despite its size! I have been recommending it to my all my friends!

Nice looking bright orange EDC saw. could be a little more comfortable but not bad
The media could not be loaded. I bought this because it was orange. and I honestly do have a used for a little pocketable saw (not huge) for around the yard. some of the platns/shrubs grow thick enough trunks that you can't just cut them so easily with a knife. almost wooden and this eats them up like candy. The pinion trees also tend to have branches "lay down" and get in the way of walking paths or the drive. This eats through those with ease as well. take it out saw off the small branch and done.I like the nub on the end. not sure what its purpose is but it appears to function as a "stop" to keep me from running the saw all the way off the limb which would cause a full reset. I would have to reseat the saw in the slot I am cutting. It seems to be its purpose and i like it. takes the hassle out of using a small saw like this. The sheath is nice with a nice finish and it solid and the saw clicks into place with assurance.Did I mention its bright orange? yeah. thats a selling point for me as well :-)

Great second option
Good hand ergonomics and large cutting teeth. Blade is a little too flexible to be main cutting source. Sheath is solid

This model is longer so you can saw through things so much faster

Great product
Great product cut open 8 deer and still Great. Only issue is cleaning the handle gets messy and a pain to clean the handle

Great product except it hurts the hand when using in bone.
I likes Everything about this field dressing tool except the discomfort on my hand when pulling the saw back in the cutting motion if it were a true T handle that would help but more plastic covering on the handle would be better. I’ve used the smaller version on the Gerber saw to field dress 25 plus deer and it was finally getting dull and I needed a replacement. Now I’ll order one of the ones like I had before. I really like the concept of the stacking design Gerber has used on this tool.

Nice saw
Nice looking and feeling saw. Haven't had a chance to use it yet but I intend on using it for pelvic bones on whitetail deer.
