Strong taste
Says take in water juice or sublingually, so I took one drop under the tongue(4 drops is the dose)and it blew my head off - far too strong to take that way, so now take in water. You can't really avoid an after taste no matter which way you take it. Just keep telling yourself it's going to do you good!

Great oil, very strong
This oregano oil smells great. DO NOT under any circumstances put an undiluted drop into your mouth: it will burn awfully. Mixing in water or juice is silly because this is oil: it won’t mix, and will still burn. My recommendation is to take the recommended dose of four drops mixed into a dessert spoon of olive oil. You won’t get ill again.

Still too early to tell if this is working
I purchased on a recommendation that Oregano oil was good for controlling, if not eradicating toenail fungus. I have a couple of thickened toenails and wanted to get to grips with them before they went too far. I've been applying the oil once a day, after showering in the morning and have been doing so for just over a week. It's way too early to see if the thickened nail is growing out but I'll provide an update. One thing I have noticed is that despite being an oil it is drying out the skin on my toes around the nail.
