Salumi ChicagoTraditional Nduja - Spreadable Calabrian Chili Pepper Salami (16 oz)

This is authentic 'nduja that packs a proper bite. Completely lovely.

This is my first time buying 'Nduja, so I don't have anything to compare with exactly, but this is good stuff. I have had it on toast points and in a couple of really easy/quick/tasty pasta dishes. (I tried a "nduja carbonara, which was not very successful - it completely overwhelms all the other flavors in that dish). Heartily recommend. A little goes a long way.

This arrived with mold on it and not even sealed. Quite unhappy as I ordered this for a dish we were going to make for my son's 16th birthday.

Bought for my husband's birthday. He said it was good, but I don't know if it was actually spreadable. Every time he had some he cut pieces to put on crackers.

Product was replaced quickly. Finally got to try it out, it’s delicious as a spread or on pizza.

Excellent 'Nduja--tastes like Calabrian even though its from Chicago. It really adds flavor to everything it touches.

Haven't yet tasted.
