The Secret Power of Speaking God's Word

My first Joyce Meyers book and still my favourite and goto when I have a little time to spare. You know those times you are kept on hold on the phone that seems to take forever? Pick this book up and you won't want them to answer! There is something in here for what seems like every eventuality and just reading it for a few minutes brings a wonderful peace. There is no replacement for the Bible but for quick reference and every day situations, I pick up this book.It says it is leather, I am not convinced however it does feel nice. I have seen an older definitely leather copy that looks totally different. The paper is also good thick quality, unusual for books these days, so it will last a lot of handling which it is likely to get.I have also gifted it to others as I find it so inspirational.

I love this book, I love Joyce meyer.... however, I gave 4 stars as it states leather and its not leather

Very powerful and has come in great handy-ness when I’m depressed or angry or anxious as it has surely helped me by placing scripture to suit my situation and certainly brought closer in my faith to the Lord

I return to this book over and over again. It’s changed my life reading it out loud declaring Gods word. I use it every day and for all situations with my and my familyI can quickly find the right words needed according to the issue- Easy to navigate. Small and simple. I wouldn’t be without it.

Nice and small and not bulky either! Just right. The cover is stunning and I love the texture. The print isn’t teeny tiny either. I’m glad to finally have my own copy.

The word of God in chapters such as Anger, Depression, Emotion, Peace it’s just brilliant.
