Larger than expected but good
If you are between sizes, or tend to be at the lower end of sizes I would suggest sizing down. The legs are quite long for us shorter people however they can be easily rolled up or hemmed if desirable. There are plenty of pockets making it great for garden work or DIY and they are made from a durable yet flexible material making them comfortable and easy to maneuver in. I would definitely recommend these to avid gardeners looking for something durable, comfortable and practical to get messy in!

Comfortable and durable dungarees for working women - finally!
Perfect for 3 seasons gardening work, the dungarees are durable and comfortable, with the 'Small' suitable for my 5ft 7ins, UK size 10-12 frame. The fit allows for movement without restriction while the pockets are sufficient for secateurs, etc., without over burdening. With work boots the length is fine - who needs perfect tailoring in the garden!

Great qualilty
My wife is dictating this review as these dungarees were bought for her. She uses them when working around the garden but especially on our allotment. She's had a pair of Carhartt dungarees for a few months now. She finds them more practical and comfortable to work in than trousers. She did try to get another pair of Carhartt but they were unavailable in her size for the foreseeable future so Dickies were really her second choice. It seems only the Americans produce dungarees for women to actually work in. Anyway these have been a revelation. The quality isn't quite the same as Carhartt, pockets not as deep and cloth not as heavy etc. But they are a very good garment and for almost half the price of Carhartt these are a bargain and highly recommended. As with many American clothes they're not stingy on sizing and tend to be on the generous size. Other than that, these dungarees are all she wished for and will give her years of service.

Very happy!
Been looking for some workwear dungarees for a while but was nervous about getting any as I am a 5'3" size 16 woman with big hips and thighs so was unsure if they would work for me (as I struggle with any all in one type outfits shooting up my rear when I bend over - can only assume something about the geometry of my big bum causes this to happen lol!) . However these Dickies dungarees are great. Nice thick, strong canvas fabric. Lots of room in hip and thigh area and good pockets. I initially ordered the XL as recommended by Amazon but found them to be a bit too baggy for my liking (especially in the crotch area where the seam dropped into a position where it would rub between my chunky thighs) so returned them for a L which fit more snuggly. Both worked though, so it would just be personal preference depending on what fit you prefer. If you like a relaxed baggy look, with some room around the hips and most of the holding up work being done by the shoulder straps (or by a belt) choose XL. If you prefer a snugger fit where from the waist down the fit is more like a pair of jeans and you don't need a belt (or much tension on the shoulder straps) to hold them up, go down a size. Anyway the snugger fit worked better for me as I could keep the straps loose and actually bend over without giving myself a wedgie. Hurrah!! Looking forward to wearing these lots doing the garden. Having a back to them means builders bum is no longer an issue!

Very similar to the more expensive Carahartt ones
Really sturdy. I wear these on my flower farm. Great alternative to the Carhartt ones. Slightly on the large side (I got XS) but fine with a jumper under and turned up a bunch!

The best thing ever
These dungarees are fantastic. Firstly, they fit really well - I'm a size 12 and they are roomy enough to allow for movement without being too baggy. They have all the pockets you need for DIY, plus hammer loops, which are essential. They are so comfy I haven't really wanted to take them off since I got them. Plus, they are half the price of Carharrt. If you do a lot of manual work, as I do, they are perfect.

Slightly larger fir than Id hoped for
Love the colour and material.Lovely that legs can be rolled up to get the length required. ( Im short)Nice metal buttons and great pockets .Only complaint ,but not enough to consider returning. Bodice is slightly on the wide side. I bought Small but probably should have gone for extra small as they're generous.Been washed and no shrinkage, minimal ironing needed.Overall good value

Dickies Overalls
I LOVE THESE OVERALLS! I purchased a Large. I'm 5' 5.5" and 190lbs. Seriously though, the quality of the fabric is unquestionably great! They have just the right amount of stretch to stay comfy all day, but not too much that they look baggy at the knees or butt after sitting. They're long in the length, but could easily be rolled at the ankle or taken in. The straps were a bit long on me, making the buckle land almost over my shoulder. So, I used a seam ripper and sewed them a bit shorter. The silhouette on these overalls is very flattering. The buttons on the side don't poke out like some overalls do. I've washed them and air dried, so I can't speak to machine drying, but they wash nicely. There's enough room to put some thermals under on very cold days to keep warm. The weight of the material is nice and I'll be able to wear them all the seasons besides summer. Maybe summer nights... But them! You won't be sorry.

Glad I looked at the reviews before purchasing!
Love these overalls. The fabric feels amazing and the construction is really well done so the quality is great. I think these would do well in a construction/labour job environment, however that's not what I'm using them for. Personally I'm using them for the style and I love the way they fit me. For reference I'm just 5'3", bust: 36F, waistline is 29 for most jeans, and muscular build. I tend to float between a small or medium for tops and a medium or large for bottoms so I'm glad I looked at the reviews before buying. Based on the Amazon size chart they have posted here I would have thought I'd need a medium or large. Based on the reviews I thought small or medium, but there wasn't a medium in stock so I bit the bullet and got a small and it fits me perfectly! They are form fitted but not tight, I can move around in them easily, super comfortable. The inseam of course is waaay too long but that was expected, I'm short, can easily hem them. If you are thinking of these for work wear or want a baggier look/feel then I'd order your average size in clothing.

super
Bei 181 cm und 80 kg , schlanke Erscheinung, passt die L wie angegossen, bleibt noch Hosenbeinlänge übrig und Platz für dicke Thermohose und dicken Pullover darunter
