The clunk is gone!
2011 Hyundai Sonata with 61,000 miles. Quit driving it because I thought the rack and pinion was trashed because of a clunking noise in the steering. Saw a video and checked the symptoms. Sure enough, they pointed to this part. Looked on Amazon...one for $7.** or these 10 with a little tool kit for $12.**. I know people with Hyundai's and Kia's...so we'll have the part if they need it. I never used the little tool kit, gloves or tablet towels...but got the job done and problem solved. No clunk and the steering feels tight like it should. Now...I have to figure out how to quiet that annoying nagging sound from the passenger seat when I drive my wife to the store! It sounds like, 'slow down...you're too close...can you stop at the bank?'.

The old coupling was a challenge to clean, what ever gooey stuff was left of it.
I like that the part is cheap and the kit came with the small tools that is vital to installation.

Worth buying. Way cheaper then dealership.
