We liked the Blue Diamond frying pan we bought some time ago, so we ordered the whole set, and were pleased with the quality of the pans, the handles, and the covers. They continue to satisfy for ease of cleaning and resistance to scratching.

This set was a gift. The recipient wanted a new set of cookware and has been very pleased with the set. All the cookware has not been used yet, but a couple of pans have. I bought this for my son‘s first department. He absolutely loves them. They are so easy to clean and give him even heat. He’s just learning to cook and the set gives him every advantage.

Wife saw these advertised and asked me to look into it.Reviews were generally good so ordered a set.She does all the cooking so I have no first hand experience with the set but she likes them. Haven't heard any complaints about hot/cold spots or warping. They are easy to clean (I'm allowed to do the dishes) and the surface has held up good so far after 5 months of use. No scratches that I've noticed and she isn't too gentle with her cookware.

*Update* These started retaining a layer of stuck on food residue that wouldn't scrub off, rendering it no longer nonstick. BUT, i used some ceramic scrub and a scrub daddy and it came off so easily & now they are like new again! So for anyone making the mistake of cooking on higher heat than medium (be careful) if you get residue on your pan, grab some ceramic cooktop cleaner scrub!Does not scratch! My husband of course being curious slid a pairing knife (lightly) across this to see how durable the paint claim really is, and it didn't even leave a mark! These are a really nice set, and i've tried ALOT of "healthy nonstick" claiming brands which were all cheap trash. These will not disappoint!

Love these pots and pans.I cooked an egg with no oil. Butter or spray. As it firmed up and the yoke was set I sprinkled a small amount of water in the pan and worked it under the egg with the spatchula. With in seconds the egg was moving around the pan with no resistance. I was very impressed.I put 500 dollars of high end pots and pans out on the curb that day. And then ordered a bunch of blue diamond specialty pans for a fraction of the price of the old school competition.I do not over heat these pans. And I do not cold shock them. They are oven safe, but only to 350 ( I think, not positive). If the dish requires special techniques or transferring from oven to burners then I reserved that for my stainless. These things have great utility and do very well with being non stick.

I like this brand.. less avocado oil and my dish I prepare comes out really nice!!

I initially bought a 12” blue diamond pan at my local supermarket, just to try. Upon the 1st use, I was impressed and that I decided to buy a whole set when I saw Amazon has the offer. They are amazing, eggs glide, fear of making a mess when cooking salmon, or any king of fish were history. I can make crispy fried chicken with skin side down. You don’t need much oil to heat the pan, I use low to medium heat on almost everything. I wish I had known Blue Diamond cookware sooner. Now I can make almost any recipe following YouTube and cook books. They are so easy to clean, I just use mild detergent and soft sponge. After daily use of a over a month, all of them still look like new. No more yellow stain at the bottom after cooking. I can’t say thank you enough

Excellent cookware. Just wipe clean. Time will tell if it stays non stick.

After a few uses, the pans are no longer non-stick. The frying pans develop hot spots that cannot be removed. Very disappointed in the quality for the price point. I would NOT recommend these to anyone and would certainly NOT buy any more.
