As others mentioned, there are errors in the book and a lot of content missing from the Kindle version. Buy the physical copy if you need this for a class. The entire last chapter of the Kindle version (chapter 4) is blank. Also, on the Kindle version they use something called "location number" instead of page numbers and they are not even close to one another so there is no way to cite it since the page numbers are not in the Kindle version. Do not recommend this book at all.

The book is ok, but honestly, there are quite a few grammatical errors. The point really didn't need a whole book. Had to buy for an MS class in education. I would have liked to see better editing - it distracts from the reading quite a bit.

There are a lot of pages that are skipped. I am not sure what to do, since this is for class. disappointed.
