Accidentally purchased daytime when needed nightime. Great for daytime use, but okay for overnight depending on the person's level of evacuation.

Getting old sucks and bladder leakage as you age is more common than you think, but you ultimately have to deal with your real-life problem and you're certainly not alone. (Men have this problem as commonly as women.) Once it happens, you start looking for products to help you get through the day or night, and I'll save you some time, having tried almost all the brands of disposable underwear out there, including store brands. Tranquility, in my opinion, is the top of the line to handle this need. Their sizing is on the money (many don't fit the waist sizes advertised or just don't fit right) and performance is the best, with extra thick padding for those with serious leakage, whether you buy the Daytime or Overnight versions. These probably aren't for people with light leakage, as the pad will seem too heavy until you get use to it. But for real leakage, this is a great product. As with all disposable underwear, these will stay in place better if you wear your tightie whities over them and give you better protection to boot.

These are THE best diapers we have found, for both urine and fecal incontinence. They are stretchy, comfortable and absorb both front and back. The only time that leaks occur is when the diaper has been worn long enough to be stretched out - which is about the 3rd dry day in a row for those people who require them as daily underwear.Overall, my complaint is quite minor, considering that these are the BEST at absorbency and FIT. They fit GREAT, and when needing a 2x, fitting properly is a miracle. THE BEST FIT FOR FAT PEOPLE!They are one of the most expensive brands, BUT WORTH IT. Especially since the leg holes are so well fitted, a key factor in stopping leaks.
