The media could not be loaded.  I purchased this longboard for my nephew who is 12 and turning 13 soon! I wanted to get him something fun for his birthday. He is getting out of the house more and more by himself lately, to friends houses and the park, and wanted to try skateboarding. I think longboarding is a pretty safe way to go back and forth to friends' houses in the neighborhood. It's a 41 inch maple skateboard, perfect for cruising, carving freestyle and downhill. It even comes with a tool to use. I ordered the skull design for my nephew but there's a lot of different styles and colors to choose from, even some for girls. It comes with the wheels and the trucks and everything you need, no need to worry about buying seperate parts and if they will fit. Also, this longboard is low to the ground so it's great for beginners like my nephew. He loves it and loves the design and he's taking it all over with him! Great gift for a birthday!

Only thing I have against it is after using it maybe 2-3x it's starting to splinter apart still works fine but the graphics are deteriorating and the wood is splitting apart

Good upgrade for cruising from previously using a standard size skateboard

The media could not be loaded.  I bought this skateboard for my daughter for an upgrade on the old one, she is now loving it and practice it at home. This skateboard has all the techniques and longer that is what my daughter want. She can't wait for riding outside with her friends after this pandemic.
