I recently had a fairly serious cycling accident that, as well as leaving me on crutches, also destroyed one half of a very new, and very expensive, pair of work shoes, and bought this stuff in desperation. I was sceptical but didn't fancy spending another £160 to replace a month-old pair of shoes, so gave it a go.Although it does, essentially, seem to be nail polish (the hazardous goods postage label even describes the contents as such), it works really, really well. It's simple to use and, although if you look closely you can tell the finish is slightly uneven, from a distance (so, the way anyone will actually be seeing your shoes) you can't tell. My shoes had some really deep and severe damage (see the photos) but with several layers of the black polish finished off with the topcoat, these were repairable.I'm not sure how well it will wear, but there's plenty more in the bottle if needs be.

I have a gorgeous pair of burgundy patent leather doc marten shoes that I'd skuffed at the toes. Although the repair kit was black, I was able to fill the skuff marks without it being too noticable and the shoes look great!

I used the product on the front of some patent boots. The patent came off the toe part. I have put a few coats of the scratch repair on the boots allowing them to dry before putting on the next coat. The results appear to be quite good and better than I expected. The delivery was a little later than I expected but all good now.

This stuff is magic...I bought some lovely boots from ESPRIT but fortunately after a few wears the leather peeled off...I took them to Timpsons but he couldn't help me but advised me to look out for a polish and then I came across this product...Magic happened and the boots look like new...Thank you !!

I wish I'd done before and after pictures but this stuff has restored my daughter's school shoes (2 weeks old...) extremely well. I daresay I'll get further opportunities in the next few weeks and I can do some pictures then!

Really easy to use on damaged areas if a damaged vintage designer bag. It took two coats of black paint and one coat of gloss on the damaged areas of the bag. Took about 90 mins total to restore. Definitely recommend this product. Photos attached
