Funk Firm Boing R Isolation Feet (For Rega, Funk Firm LSD) - Black

Having found no reviews of this is was skeptical before ordering, but in fact it made a significant difference to my Rega rp8 turntable and would highly recommend it. Rega are missing a trick in not incororating something similar into their basic design for me.

I have a Rega Planar 3, playing via a Vincent PHO-701 phono stage into a Gato Audio 250s-NPM integrated amp and out through some Monitor Audio silver 200 floor standing speakers. All interconnects are of very high quality and all power supply items have been upgraded.These Boing feet come with some good reviews however, I cannot vouch for them. Detail was lost, sound almost came over as muffled, bass extension completely void of any feel or emotion. Soundstage was none existent ... suffice to say these will be removed and the original feet put back in place.I genuinely cannot understand how these are classed as an upgrade.Extremely disappointed as I thought these would be a worthwhile investment despite my Audio dealer telling me otherwise !!!
