Absolutely beneficial and works
Having suffered most of my life with back problems since a car wreck at 5 years old, I've had lots of sleep issues, pain, headaches, etc. Within two days of taking this powder, my headaches and nerve related "ghost" and "non-ghost" pain was reduced by about 80% to 90%. Additionally, I've been sleeping better. I will be discussion this with several of my doctors. Scoop good, tastes terrible but ALL the powders do
This product blends smoothly. The little scoop it comes with is terrific!Every powder that I have tried tastes terrible. I finally found something to mix it in that cuts the flavor of dirty feet- applesauce with blueberries and beets. Yup, veggie and fruit sauce. Try it!

This one was not good for me
I've used magnesium in different form for much of my life. This one was not good for me. It's possible there's a problem with this particular bottle, but since it's the only product I've used from this company, I'll pass on this company in the future. For what it's worth, 5 more people were strength tested on this bottle, none strengthened on it, which makes me believe it's a bad item.

Migraine help
This particular brand has helped my chronic migraine. I tried a bunch of others that helped some, but this helped me the most. I prefer the powder over the giant pills. It tasted awful the first few times I took it, but shortly after that it no longer bothered me. Eventually I started to like the taste. I like it best in warm water and fresh juice from half a lemon.AMAZON please get this product back in powder form!

I definitely will buy it again, because the product is pure and doesn't contain any additives. I am taking to many supplements already that almost always contain something else rather then the main ingredient. I mix the recommended on the bottle dosage of this powder with about a glass of cherry juice and take it at night. The taste of magnesium is not showing up when mixed. Good product.
